I purchased a laptop. The Tech Jerry Helped me thru the whole process. He gave me other choices. He explained Rewards . I have purchased Printer about a year ago. He was so helpful & Friendly.
Very knowledgeable about everything in the store. I would defiantly go back.

Walked in needing help with printing services. Asked the employee Tori for help, she pointed me to the self serve printer. However I am unfamiliar with the uses of these devices which is why I chose staples to get HELP. When I told her about my lack of knowledge, she got an attitude and told me she can't help me. That there was nothing she can do. I would have gotten better help at the library.
