This has always been a terrible TSC. Poor customer service, clueless staff, poor stock levels. When Jason was Mgr it was at least tolerable. Now it's back to being the worst TSC. No greeting, no restrooms, feed bags have holes, out of stock on some and way overpriced on others. Won't be back.

I chose TSC tht day bcuz i happened to have my dog wth me & the hardware store i usually go to has recently changed their policy on allowing dogs to accompany their ppl. TSC eagerly welcomes ur well behaved furry friends. I was greeted immediately and taken directly to the product I was looking for, even tho I had simply shown up wth my broken plumbing piece in hand and wasn't sure myself what it even was. The employees were very friendly, knowledgeable & helpful. Very satisfied wth the service, product, efficiency and cleanliness of the store. I have found my new go-to hardware store tht also offers so much more. From clothing to snacks, pet & garden, farm supplies, toys & all those super cool little things uv been wanting...this is the place! Thanx TSC from a lady and her trusty 4 legged sidekick! We highly recommend!

The manager on duty. Some young blonde. Total attitude. Very rude. Worst service ever received at a tsc. Definitely needs lessons in customer service. Was in on Monday June 27th in the afternoon.
