Post office blamed my property management for not replacing the locks on the mailbox to deliver my package but didn't offer any other options to pick up my delivery they just immediately sent it back to the seller. I have important items coming for my wedding next week and I was not given the option to pick up my item from the post office

The employees at the post office are unfriendly, unpleasant and morose. They work as though they are working for free. It’s very infuriating. Even the new employees soon develop the same attitude. I suppose it’s the arrogance of knowing that they don’t have to be pleasant or perform better since they know they won’t get into any trouble.

The worst post office I have ever been to! Big Guy at the front immediately had an attitude. You could tell he was making up excuses not to walk no where! Delivered my packages into a parcel locker with the wrong key. Couldn’t get ahold of anyone to give the correct key. Trash!!!

Worst phone call menu ever. I can’t even talk to an actual human, keeps me in a virtual assistant loop and the dumbahh menu options just keep thinking i’ve said something I didn’t. Makes me want to jump off a cliff. Pisses me off so much.

Making things up so they don't have to do their job close to closing time, can't print a label without writing out the address on the box? Iv never heard of such a thing. It was 10 minutes till closing. And I was treated like dirt, customer service was trash. There is no reason for this. It takes 2 minutes to print a label for a box.

Horrible be careful because this location is send your package in the wrong address and they don't do anything about and very rude they making mistake and pretty your package is gone

Catherine is one of the best postal employees at this location! She is very knowledgeable, professional, and does her job well with courtesy to all!
Also, Candace has the sweetest personality yet still retains a professional attitude! She does her job well with expertise and knowledge. It has been a pleasure to work with her!

Kimberly who was working the front desk was exceptional. She had a great attitude and even helped a man while he was waiting in line (because he needed to go to FedEx instead). Excellent service!

3-2-24Well that's 2 days no medicine,and it wont be cold when I do finally receive it.It may not be any good,then. 3-1-24My mail carrier was supposed to bring my medicine to my door for me to sign.Needless to say I haven't gotten it.They have done this a few other times,and my medicine is temperature sensitive.He even went by my house at 2:15 pm today and didn't even try to deliver it.Maybe some 1st amendment auditors should pay them a visit.

The old lady front counter isn’t very nice. She talks to you like you are beneath her. I tried to send out a package and she was just not helpful. If you hate where you work don’t do it. Simple.
