“My Mazda CX-5 experienced a mishap a few months ago leading to a dent on the front driver side fender above the wheel on the body line. But no longer a problem after taking my car to Dent Terminator. I was skeptical as it seemed like an unlikely location for successful dent removal, but to my surprise they prevailed. They removed the dent with little to no proof of a dent ever existing there and was able to do it without any harm to the paint in any way! 5 stars! Very pleased!”
“I went to this junkyard hoping they would have my parts, their system showed nothing that I needed in stock. They let me walk the yard and look for miscellaneous brackets if I wanted. When I came back with parts I needed they were reasonable with the price since I pulled them myself. Some very helpful and friendly staff, I would recommend them to anyone!”
“I met two of the nicest guys in the automotive trade. Ralph owner of Barkers on US hwy 30 E new haven, Indiana. I had a car that when you drive down the road it sounded like a vacuum cleaner was running beside your ear. Ralph took a look at it. Diagnosed the problem said it was door pins. I was thinking weatherstripping etc. I left the car there. Got a call that same day. Problem fixed. Great couple of guys. It's nice to see genuine people. A very solid 10 stars if I could give it. 5 will have to do. Say hi to the Dog when you stop in. He's a big baby. Can't wait for something else to go wrong. We'll not really but I know where I will be going.”
“Dean and Hoosier Equipment are a very reputable well known,established ,professional and highly experienced Parts and Service shop in the area for years doing amazing work and carries a super amount of inventory parts on hand. ive referred my owner operators, Friends and even Competitors in need for many years.Ive never heard a ligit complaint spoken about them, they hire highly expeeienced, seasoned team players in the field. Ive always gotten vasically catered to when ive needed something done compared to shops ibe been in all.around the country, Deans not only a quality professiomal minded guy, he puts him self in the consumers shoes first and foremost always. If More Companies took his business approach and ran a business the way he does more would be sucessful.All.i can say is overall if you complain about the service you recieve with these guys then your most likely not going to be happy with anyone you take your problem to.I can put my reputation on the line and say unless their held up by a specialty part a backordered part etc theres not one thing skow about these guys and ive not once w all the people and things ive had done over the years here Ive never had to return because the job wasnt diagnosed and dealt with properly the first time.. So when you read a few a small.handful of misc complaints vs years in business and 1000s of customers happy take and weigh the negative with the positive . And realize some people you couldnt do the job for free in 30 mins and satisfy some people. If you bypass this place when in need of a repair or part youd trust anyone w your work equipment .AND i dont. Im very Anal about who puts there hands in equipmemt i rely on to feed my family and see to itmy guys habe reliable products to anable them to survive also. If you want .a.professional efficirnt, quality reasonnably priced shop w tons.of knowlesge and build a great business partner you can count on to keep your business equipment on .point and on the job this is your place. I been in business 27 years dealing w heavy trucks and trailer eqiupment and you will not find guys who perform and focus on a great Servive as Hoosier. I w high standards absolutely recommend this group if your in the .area and need their services rest assured they will be there reliably when you call and do what they say unless something unexpectedly changes and youll be informed so you can maintain your schedule or make changes to compensate in advance.☆☆☆☆☆”

“Shout out to Jim and his coworker! I went in today to get a new battery and changed it out in the parking lot. Mind you I was in a rinky dink hoodie and leggings, and one of them came out to tell me to take minute to get out of the cold. Then Jim came out for a minute to help me get a bolt back on that I was fighting with. Thank you guys for helping me find the right battery, caring about the well being of a stranger in this weather, and taking the time to stand out in the cold and try to fix and issue I created.

“I really love my car and have worked to keep it in nice shape. Sadly someone backed into it and drove off. After checking with some people I trust when it comes to bodywork, I decided to take it to Gerber and I'm really glad that I did. The staff were all great to work with and kept me up to date as repairs were going.
The repaired area is as good as new and they made sure the cars automatic driving features were re-calibrated properly. I wouldn't hesitate to come back if I ever need anything similar in the future. They even have an agreement with the rental companies, so I could leave my rental at their shop when I picked my car up. Awesome service.”

“This is the finest small auto parts store I am aware of - but it is not small... their volume is based on loyalty from nearly ever business, large and small, within the traditional communities stretching from NE Fort Wayne to W Ohio, and they enjoy a reputation that began the day they opened.Sometimes a person needs more than a "may I help you". I for example, once I could afford to replace my van, bought a car - that needed help.The counter woman assisted every step of the way - in fact her suggestion that perhaps I did not have a coolant leak/major problem, and to replace an inexpensive part (thermostat) allows me to enjoy my new vehicle now that winter is upon us.From Roger to the owners, even the customers help each other.Batteries are 15 to 20% less expensive than any "big box" stores, even the ones all the way in Fort Wayne.
