“Dean and Hoosier Equipment are a very reputable well known,established ,professional and highly experienced Parts and Service shop in the area for years doing amazing work and carries a super amount of inventory parts on hand. ive referred my owner operators, Friends and even Competitors in need for many years.Ive never heard a ligit complaint spoken about them, they hire highly expeeienced, seasoned team players in the field. Ive always gotten vasically catered to when ive needed something done compared to shops ibe been in all.around the country, Deans not only a quality professiomal minded guy, he puts him self in the consumers shoes first and foremost always. If More Companies took his business approach and ran a business the way he does more would be sucessful.All.i can say is overall if you complain about the service you recieve with these guys then your most likely not going to be happy with anyone you take your problem to.I can put my reputation on the line and say unless their held up by a specialty part a backordered part etc theres not one thing skow about these guys and ive not once w all the people and things ive had done over the years here Ive never had to return because the job wasnt diagnosed and dealt with properly the first time.. So when you read a few a small.handful of misc complaints vs years in business and 1000s of customers happy take and weigh the negative with the positive . And realize some people you couldnt do the job for free in 30 mins and satisfy some people. If you bypass this place when in need of a repair or part youd trust anyone w your work equipment .AND i dont. Im very Anal about who puts there hands in equipmemt i rely on to feed my family and see to itmy guys habe reliable products to anable them to survive also. “I have never taken the time to post a review but with the experience i had with Heidi, when I pulled into this dealership all worried with a full engine derated alarms going off. Heidi was very warm and welcoming to me. She was very friendly and professional. She informed me that I could not get an appointment there for another week. She then proceeded to get a tech to come and run a REGEN on the truck, clear the codes while She’s calling several other dealerships and found one that could take me on Monday. I really appreciate how she went above and beyond to try to get me rolling as soon as possible. Thank You Heidi!!!”

“Nice people to work with and did a good jobon tint. Did a walkthrough before which was nice. After tint though I noticed my 3rd brake light was crooked, probably didn’t know how to remove it and broke something. Didn’t tell me about it. Had to pay someone else to realign it.”

“They were great!! They bench tested a old radio which ended up working, unfortunately the stupid untena wire was Brittle and broke so I paid for a new radio and new speakers too. They did a great job! I appreciate that they tried to fix my old radio, but the wire was too short to fix. I highly recommend going there. They also have lots of tools, chemicals, and definitely plenty of speakers ,radios, other electronic equipment that you might want to have a loud, quality sound system. Thanks guys keep doing what you are doing!!”

“Realized I never wrote a review for them, after receiving service from them twice. I DID make a public post about it on FB back when they service our car (in Sept 2021)... so I thought I'd share now, because they definitely deserve to be recognized for their great customer service and craftsmanship:I have to give mad props to Auto Collision Service on Hanna. The TL;DR version: we had a small problem w/ our car and the dealer was acting possessive about the repair… but ultimately couldn’t fix it. ACS fixed it…. And DIDN’T CHARGE ME.The Full Scoop:When we bought our new-to-us Toyota on Sat, we did it knowing full well that the mounting braces for the license plate holder were stripped. No biggie. We know a place.The following Monday I arrive at Auto Collision Service on Hanna and ask them about it. Guy looks at the brackets, takes pics goes into his office for a few minutes, comes back out, “So, all we need are two new brackets but the Toyota Service Center won’t sell them to us. But, I was talking with them and they said they do that type of repair all the time. I really hate to send you off like that, but it sounded like they should be able to get you in and out in no time. But don’t let them charge you more than $100, because it’s a simple fix.”Me: “Great. Where’s the service center?”Dan: [tells me the address… which happens to be where we JUST BOUGHT THE CAR]Me: I just bought this car from there on Saturday. If they ‘do repairs like that all the time’ why didn’t they say that when we bought it???Dan: WHAT!?!!! Then they honestly should fix it for free. I don’t know what to say. But def don’t pay more than $100. And if they give you a hard time, just come back and I’ll do whatever I can to help you out.Grateful for Dan, but irritated with Toyota, I drive across town to the dealership service center and tell the guy at the desk my problem. He calls another guy over and the two of them start staring intently at the back hatch of the car, taking in the profound damage.There’s a lot of back and forth, when the one guy really somberly says, “yeah, since I don’t have the tools to get up inside of there, we may have to just replace the lift gate….”Me: “Okay, time out. Full disclosure: I took this to a body shop already who told me they could EASILY repair this for less than $100, but YOUR SERVICE CENTER wouldn’t sell him the part AND told him to send me here because you guys ‘Do repairs like that all the time’. So, how are you gonna work with me to get this fixed, because you’re not replacing the lift gate.”Two Toyota guys look at each other. The one guy starts going into how he doesn’t have the tools that a body shop does.Me: So, will you sell me the parts?First guy: Nah. I’ll just give ‘em to you.Me: I don’t mind paying for them…First guy: No, that’s not necessary.I take these two, tiny threaded brackets back to ACS and Dan greets me.“Really? They gave you the run around?”I told him what happened. Dan asked me what day would work best to drop the car off to fix it, which was today. I dropped off the car and the brackets and the car was done soon after lunch time.When I went to pick it up Dan handed me the key as I pulled out my card. “No charge.”“Are you KIDDING?? Are you sure?!?!”“You got the parts. You did the hard part.”I don’t expect ACS to comp work. They repaired damage to our other car after an accident a little over a year ago and did a phenomenal job at a great price. We were so happy with their service, it’s the reason why we decided to go to them for the license plate bracket issue. Their customer service, guidance and care was far above and beyond what we expected and are so grateful for them. If you end up needing work on your vehicle, we definitely highly recommend them.”

“Needing a place to change my brake pads I found these guys on accident. Fort Wayne if full of "best kept secrets" this is one of them! The cost to have them do the work vs myself was well worth it. They were able to get me in and out in no time and no wait. I enjoyed the experience and the conversation, great guys. Small town, down to earth fair and friendly places like this are almost nonexistence these days. The place has a vintage vibe to it, I like it and find it appealing. “Joseph Y. On Rudisill has always given me the best customer service. When I come in, he greets me with a smile and has remembered my name since our first encounter. I came in for double sided Velcro and he ended up giving me double-sided tape that worked even better than what I had expected. On multiple occasions, I have come in here, not knowing what to get from my tail to the top of my head and he is always a guided me through the process very professionally and explain something to me as I am getting different items and what the purpose is for each said item.
He even gave me help with my speakers that I just got installed in my car and I don’t even think that they do speaker equipment in AutoZone, but overall, Joseph has been awesome with me every time I have come into the Autozone.”
