“As a low income family in the lowest poverty line, with 4 kids to provide for, I have always gotten extremely severe anxiety about grocery shopping. Thanks to them, my anxiety isn’t near as bad. Before I shopped here, I would never be able to afford any of the things I can afford here, and we always had to choose which bill wouldn’t get paid each month to be able to feed ourselves and our kids. We started shopping here, regularly now, we barely buy anything anywhere else, and we can make our groceries stretch an entire month without ever having to go hungry like my husband and I did many a times to make sure our kids got full. Their prices lean more towards food as a necessity versus food as a profit like many stores do when they set their prices. Their meat is top level quality and freezes so well. They have a butcher select section and a pre-frozen selection, often with marked down meat. The owner and his wife are an absolute blast and always bring a smile to my face, not only by how friendly they are, but seeing how efficiently and smartly they work. I hope this business can stay around for many years to come and my kids will be able to enjoy the same positive and clean environment we get to.”
