I love America's Best. I have always purchased my glasses from them and the prescription is always right on. Adrian was very helpful and patient with me and he really knows all about the clients needs. He treated me with respect and kindness. They treat you like family there, no hassle with insurance, and no hassle if you do not have insurance, they will fill your need and find you the best price for your budget. I will let you know how the glasses fit and how well I can see after I pick them up. All in all, I am very pleased with America's Best in Mishawaka / Granger, In. Thank you. I had my glasses adjusted yesterday with Kiela, She did a perfect job and was so kind to me. She treated me like family. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE. 20 STARS

Spend your money and wait and still waiting dropped 300 bucks, at least pearl vision gave me a trial set of contacts. Don't waste your time on this company and up sale me for their stupid club. I will never use this trash company again.

I called to get an appointment and trying to get an appointment done seems to be an issue with the person who schedules. Very rude and condescending when speaking to you. Had to reschedule and calls me to get an appointment schedule and again with the same additude like im getting something for free when I pay my club membership like everyone else. Not helpful at all when you ask what days and hours are available.

The receptionist at this location was very rude to me. There was no one in the store other than two workers. I was told I couldn’t see the doctor that I would have to schedule an appointment for another day. I ask if there was certain days the doctor was there. The receptionist said there was a doctor there every day. I ask why I couldn’t be seen that day and she said they weren’t taking walkins. I left and called for an appointment and was told they were not taking appointments that day. So strange. I walked in at 12:30 in the afternoon. No explanation as to why I couldn’t be seen that day…
I left and went to STANTON OPTICAL! They are fantastic!

Went into check on why my prescription was so radically different from just short of two years prior. Receptionist seemed to think she knew all the answers, but in reality gave me absolutely no explanation or help or explanation. She told me there’s nothing they could do. My glasses have fallen apart with nose pieces, falling off and now the lens is actually splitting at the frame. Had them for eight months. Don’t go there you can’t get in touch with a doctor to talk about your prescription or with a person who is educated on prescriptions. The script had changed from +2.00 to -1.75 and the receptionist said it’s not a big deal. The doctor said my eyes had barely changed. Something was not right! So can’t order replacement glasses online because the provided script was off and the receptionist was NO HELP and wouldn’t have me talk to anyone knowledgeable. Avoid at all costs.

Terrible why make an appointment? Rather than have the correct amount of staff in Mishawaka make every client wait for an hour after there appointment after 10 years at a different location will never comeback hope they dont wait for me after the staff forced me to make next years appointment

My mom and I had a really disappointing experience at this store. From the moment we walked in, Michelle at the front desk was cold and unwelcoming—definitely not the greeting you’d expect as a customer. Things got worse when we witnessed the assistant manager, Taren, rudely correcting an employee in front of everyone. It was uncomfortable, completely unprofessional, and honestly made us want to leave.
On top of that, another employee just stared at us the entire time without saying a word, which made the experience even more awkward.
The only bright spot was Demi—she was fantastic! Friendly, helpful, and made us feel like we actually mattered. If she hadn’t been there, we wouldn’t have stayed as long as we did.

Matt was awesome very knowledgeable, and informative. Straight to the point and very nice. Stephanie helped with trying to find glasses and very nice. Great experience. Front desk and young lady and did all the pre screening were fabulous as well. Thank you team

Demi is very positive, happy and great to work with. Their frame selection was much better than Stanton. Very happy with glasses we received! This is our new go to place for glasses and contacts.
