I tried to buy light bulbs & received the rudest customer service in my 57 years. The sighing & grabbing his forehead because he had to think about something he said made me want to never step foot back in the store. I traveled across the tracks to Advanced Auto & a young lady knew exactly what I needed & was rude. If I ever go back to Auto Zone & see the same individual working there, I'm walking right back out the door. I don't have a name, or I'd surely share it, but I can say he was working 1/12/25 around noon. Do better. I gave him the information he needed, and he acted like he was in drama class.

I sent my wife to AutoZone to get a new bulb for her headlight. She asked if they replace them and Steven, the store manager, said absolutely if he can do it he'll do it. She took this picture of him to show me how blessed she was. I appreciate this value added and excellent customer service. I had such a headache last time I tried to replace one of the bulbs.
