Went in to get my Stetson reshaped, they did it for free and the service was exceptional, Veronica was a great help and did a great job. Always love coming to this store. Amazing hats, boots, and accessories. Also great work section.

There isn’t any type of Comfort guarantee with the boots you purchase. Employee told me when you walk out the store with their boots. You cannot bring them back for any reason. That’s what I was told from an employee. That’s why I’m n not purchasing boots from Boot Barn.
