“I purchased a front door from Leatherman Supply in Granger, Indiana, and can’t say enough good things about their service and the people at this location. Wendy, whom I worked with at the store and Bruce, who installed the door were so easy to work with. I highly recommend this business.”

“Lisa L - Grangier In, handled our design plans, this has been a long process. I asked many questions & attempted changes to save cost & simplify. Lisa every step of the way is professional, excellent attention to detail. Never frustrated or having a bad day. Never short with me when I didn't understand. When the time came for the Insurance company to review ( scrutinize) the design plans. Lisa is the only part of the process that passed with flying colors without the insurance requesting changes. Thank you Lisa You are awesome & appreciated !An excellent part of the Big C team!”

“I needed a few light blocks in a certain color that my supplier couldn't get for 2 weeks. I called and spoke to Greg, who understood my dilemma and told me to stop by, and he could match the color possibly from another brand. I went there, and he had a solution that I could get in two days. Great customer service for such a small order. I highly recommend Richards Building Supply!”

“After 24 years of maintaining our fence we bought from BlG C originally,we are starting to replace panels. The quality is as good now as it was then,(that's outstanding!)and the price didn't cause a coronary, LOL. Actually very reasonable especially compared to the big box stores. The employees ,from figuring out what I wanted ,taking my order, to delivery is 5 ⭐ . I will be dealing with them for my projects more often! I had forgotten how excellent they are to deal with. Thanks!”

“I was at the Lowes Elkhart store yesterday and asked whether there was some kind of spray or treatment for patio cushions to deter critters. We have a lot of animal life and were leery of leaving patio cushions out. The garden dept. manager Mark came out, explained the store did not yet have a product like that currently in stock but he explained where to find it, how the outdoor section would be set up in a few weeks. He took real time to explain to a low-tech customer (me) not only about their products, but a little about how they reset for different seasons. It's nice to be treated like a human being instead of a "quick survey" taker. Mark is outstanding and rare in retail. Attentiveness has all but vanished in retail, but Mark is Old School straight-shooter customer service at its individualized best. Give him a raise.”

“Went to the paint section where an older gentleman was extremely helpful by showing me the different kids of paint and telling me which would best suit my needs. There was a plethora of colors to satisfy any paint need. I found the books for the different colors helpful bc it gave me ideas on which color would look best in my room with the color of my sheets and decor. I also found some of the supplies for my Pinterest crafting ideas there. All in all it was an amazing trip and I only spent $100 on everything (including a step ladder). I will be back next week to get colors for my living room.”
