Waited 50 minutes after being told 20, then I left after overhearing from the back it would probably be another hour. The prescription was sent the day before. No one would give me a straight answer. I won't send anything here again.

HORRIBLE. Of the several times I've had to come here for scripts only once has the staff been competent and accommodating. "Several" being five times in the last four weeks because they can't get items timed right to refill all at once, or they're running TWO days behind so you run out of medication before they're able to provide it. The ONE good experience was two people being very kind and accommodating at closing time for an emergent refill. While one tech was adamant about not helping, the pharmacist and other tech were amazing. This is the one time that got them the second star.

The website clearly says they are open. I went through 10 minutes of recordings only it to hear the recording say they are currently closed. This is my 3rd attempt in the last 3 days. I have been calling about test results that take 2-4 days. It is now day 8 and I cannot get a hold of anyone to even see if it made it to the lab. NEVER again will I use the Minute Clinic at CVS.

If I could put no stars I would. This place drained me. It is completely unorganized and the pharmacist did not even know how to do her job, she kept asking the tech for questions. They told me I needed to contact my doctor and insurance for "pre authorization" and I said it's literally on the prescription that I have gestational diabetes. The pharmacist, someone who is supposed to be professional, snapped back and me and got an attitude asking if I really "NEED" it today and that I should know what glucose meter is cover by my insurance before I go get a script filled. I told her I understand she is busy but this is not something that can wait a week. It's important and she does not need to be rude with me. I left and took my prescriptions to a different CVS about 15 minutes away and they had my prescription filled with no problems in 20 minutes. They clearly did not know what they were doing at this pharmacy and did not want to take the time to help me. Don't waist your time here.

I recently moved to the area and started using this pharmacy because I used CVS for years in another state. In the past few weeks, they've made mistakes inputting information into the system, causing the system to tell them that they couldn't fill my prescription until later in the month (which was inaccurate). When I attempted to clarify the issue because I wasn't understanding their error, the tech was very rude to me. I will be transferring my prescriptions elsewhere as soon as possible.
