The pharmacist is horrible! I have been taking the same meds for about 20 years and they have filled my medication before and then all of a sudden they can't fill my medication??? What a joke! People need their meds and it's extremely harmful to just be completely cut off and a hassle to go to different pharmacy and make more doctor phone calls! And they were extremely rude and made me feel uncomfortable because of the medication that I am prescribed.

Bought 3 boxes a candy bars not realizing there was a 2 box limit. They didn't offer to refund the $5.20 off that I missed out on so I asked for a refund of one box that I payed full price for. but they gave me a refund on a box that was discounted instead of the full price box. When I called the next day the manager was rude. The other time I was at the customer service desk it took at least 20 minutes for assistance. In my opinion this branch needs better customer service.

My husband was fitted for his first pair contacts, given a sample pair, and was "taught" to put them in. He was given no written instructions and they did not have him back for a follow-up appt. He ended up going to a different provider to get the correct prescription!! I was astounded at their lack of care and service. I was glad that, as a long time contact wearer, I was able to help him.

Not helpful at all. I was there for 10 mins. looking at frames right after my exam, no one said anything or greeted or offer assistance after they were done with other customers. I would go elsewhere. Yes I am member this is not a fake review. So much for diversity and inclusion!

Last two times I ordered contacts they took over a week to arrive. Extremely disappointing. 6 days ago my contacts were ordered and when they went to track them we discovered they have not even shipped yet!!!!

So far so great. Esmeralda was super helpful with a challenging insurance process. She was patient working with us with several other customers waiting. We found glasses and have them on order. Look forward to picking them up.

Always very clean. They did start providing sample again. Good selection of clothing and wine. The standard options for food are always there.

Love the optical department at my location always helpful and courteous.It would be nice if you carried safety glasses. My husband and son in law both need them and this is where we get all our glasses. Sam's Club carries them but would prefer to shop in one location.

Was told by an employee (female) that my skirt (I play tennis) is too short. I spoke with the manager and he said that he was horrified by her behavior and now she doesn't work there anymore. Insane. The staff are nice in general. The skirt was fine by the way. Love indiana

Get rid of the chairs inside the vision center. Manny and Kylie couldn't be bothered today to get up to assist a customer. I went to the counter, told them I was there to get my glasses and they just looked at each other. Each wanted the other to assist me. Neither really wanted to do it. I had to walk around the to the high counter. I was given the glass case and told; 'here ya are'. Kylie then just looked at me. There was no offering to adjust the glasses or anything. I tried them on and said the nose was loose. She took them, looked at them, switched hands with them and gave them back to me. I told her nothing was done and they feel the same. She still just looked at me. I was never given any type of fitting or asked if they were comfortable.Apparently, if the chairs are there, those two are going to sit there and do as little as possible. The chairs should be there when adjusting glasses for customers that are sitting across from them. But, those two don't adjust glasses so there is no reason to sit across from them.

I'm giving 5 stars because of the girl I delt with today. Tracy went above and beyond to help correct an issue of aberration of my lenses. This is my third time back. But I am hopeful with Tracy's knowledge and the problem Costco is having with the lab making these lenses it will be fixed.
