Horrible customer service by Pam! She did not do what we asked with our insurance within a timely manner. Then we decided to switch State Farm offices because of her lack of service, and she STILL refused the transfer! We had to get corporate involved. Now we have a huge bill from them, since switching, which we will also to corporate's attention and our current State Farm agent.Would never recommend this office if Pam is still handling accounts! If there is one thing you need to count on, it's your Insurance Agent!! This office is not accountable unfortunately.

Had a misunderstanding w Ruth Kelly ..over a.cash payment and billing issue and was cancelled .when paid...my receipt...i guess was wrong too?...was so RUDE... I called her back...needless to say im looking for a new company...that was VERY unprofessional

Below average customer service, attitude, product knowledge, communication and accuracy in managing policy changes. Several years ago this was a decent office. Sincerely hope they can make the necessary improvements. I changed agents. My new agent and associated office personnel are absolutely wonderful and have exceeded expectations in every category! Outstanding customer service, product knowledge, communication and attitude! Looking back, really should have changed agents long ago. If you are searching for a good agent, just read the online reviews.

All staff are genuinely friendly and go the extra 10 miles to get you exactly the type of insurance that's right for you! They even informed me if I qualified for additional discounts that I didn't even know about. Awesome people!

Had an experience where they dropped the ball with my mortgage company and caused a laps in coverage. FYI Poala works for them always wonder about people who write reviews of themselves on here.

My family has been with State farm since the 60's. I chose them because of my father but do not think some of the staff is trained enough in good customer service.
