Morris animal hospital is the best vet clinic in the area hands down. they're a bit pricey, but can you put a price on your pets well being? Dr. Kelly and staff are the absolute best! Dr. Kelly was there when we had to put my old pittie down and she was there these last two days to save my new baby pittie Maverick. She had to do surgery and stay late as did the staff. Absolute rockstars! love these guys. they treat your pets as their own. if you had a bad experience I gaurantee it's an off day for them. Imagine being a vet or vet tech. tough job with very little appreciation showed. it's a hard gig. I appreciate and love you guys. thank you so much for taking care of my babies. can't recommend this place enough.

I would not recommend Morris to anyone. We’ve had nothing but bad experiences the year we’ve been taking our dog there. Today was the last straw for me. My dog gets nervous around strangers and people he doesn’t know, so he sometimes growls and barks. We gave him anxiety medicine which makes him groggy and tired to help with the behaviors. Which it did. He didn’t growl or bark at the vet or vet tech. But instead of trying to pet him and make him comfortable, they didn’t ackno

The entire staff is so caring. Their assistants and vet techs are so patient with me. The vets are wonderful! Partial to Dr Terry because she’s who my cat saw for the first time. She’s patient with me too. The caring concern she gives is so appreciated. Dr Jaime is wonderful as well and recently helped us with our feral kitty. Thank you everyone.

My boyfriend and I have taken our dog to Morris ever since he was a puppy (currently he is 7 months). When he was 10 weeks old we wanted to get his ears cropped so we called Morris to see about after care and if we should do this or that. Morris said they would get back to us and never did. Our last set of shots was when he was 15weeks old a few weeks later our puppy was sick so we took him in and they did what they needed to do and gave us the bill. It was very high, so I questioned it after we got home and we called them to see why. They charged us a physical exam visit so we asked why because were just there 2 weeks before. The girl on the phone was very rude, she even stated "are you finished", while we were trying to explain why we were frustrated. Again, they said they would call us back and never did.

I am so disappointed with their service. I have been a customer for many years. My current dog - a Westie rescue - has been a patient for the 8 years that I have had him. On a recent trip, he had several seizures in one evening. I called Morris & they did advise me to find a local veterinarian to evaluate him, which I did. No follow up from Morris. When I returned home, I took him in for an exam / follow-up. He was prescribed with the same seizure medication and an antibiotic for another issue. I was told that we would be contacted after the 30-day period to re-evaluate him & his condition. NOTHING! No contact; no follow-up. Again. We rarely see the same doctor twice & their lack of follow-up & concern is extremely disappointing.

I was here as a new client for a cancer consult with my cat. Dr. O' Konski was extremely compassionate and I really appreciate how nice and helpful she was during this difficult time. The girls at the front desk were also very nice and welcoming. I was not as happy with the technician but overall it was a positive experience. A week after my cat passed I got a very nice card in the mail that was signed by all of the staff. I really appreciated that, especially since I only had one visit there. I haven't even gotten a card from our regular vet yet.

Our family first became clients of Morris Animal Hospital 20 years ago after having a bad experience with another vet. Since then they have cared for 4 dogs and a cat, and they have shown our pets (and us) nothing but THE BEST care, compassion, and love. They performed more than one emergency surgery and went to great lengths to help us care for a sick dog at home, so he could finish recovering from a serious illness. He wouldn't have survived if not for them, and happily, he's still with us and a spry 14+ years of age. We had another dog with severe elbow dysplasia (a hereditary condition due to poor breeding) and their care helped us keep her comfortable as long as possible. When it was time to let her go, they cried with us. They are like family and I would never go anywhere else.

What really set this place apart from other clinics was the fact that they offered peanut butter to all my dogs when taking their shots. It really helped since my dogs love to eat like me one of my dogs did not even notice what was going on because she was too busy licking the peanut butter! This was from last year as I have not gone in yet for their shots! I am hoping they still are doing this!!! The staff is great and 3 years ago my dog had puppies and they really helped me along and put me at ease!

I have been taking both of my cats here for about 5 years. I initially selected MAH on the recommendation of a colleague and I'm so glad I took their advice. My kitties always received exceptional care and attention from the staff and doctors. Their boarding service was also very helpful and I never had any bad experiences with my cats staying over. After every exam or boarding visit, the staff would call me the next day to check up on my cat and make sure they were doing alright. I recently moved away from the area and am worried I won't find an animal hospital as good as this one!

I find that this place is careful and responsive. I read Sally B's scathing condemnation and it left me scratching my head. I've been going to Morris for 16 years with a couple of pets and certainly Sally's experience was not mine. I thank Morris for good and kind care for both of our cats.

I love this place. The techs always greet my dog enthusiastically when he walks in the door. They are terrific--smart, friendly, and cheerful. Once when my boy was too dehydrated and sick to get in my car (and I couldn't lift him), one of the techs came to my house and gave him an IV. Dr. Gayle is our vet, and she and my dog have a great relationship. Since he's 10 years old now, I get anxious easily about anything that seems irregular. Dr. Gayle responds quickly if I call, and she gets him right into her schedule if either of us thinks he needs to be seen. When she recommends tests or medications, she lets me know their costs, priorities, and alternatives if there are any. The bottom line is this: I've taken my 140 lb. mixed-breed dog to Morris for the 9 years I've had him, and he's in great health.

Morris Animal Hospital has saved one of my dogs life not once but twice. We adopted a deaf albino mini "something" from a shelter in Michigan. Within 48 hours he was deathly ill. We took him to Morris and found out he had Parvo and had to be hospitalized for almost a week. It was touch and go for a few days but Morris was able to nurse him back to health. The second time our little guy swallowed the top half of a Kong toy. The Kong was lodged in his duodenum and required emergency surgery. Dr. Gayle has been nothing short of a miracle worker with our unlucky little guy. She has been exceptional with our other dogs as well. If Dr. Gayle isn't available we are always happy to let our little guys be seen by any member of the Morris team of doctors. They are all patient, caring, and compassionate. As we all know the front of the house is just as important as the back of the house. That being said the staff at Morris are remarkable. There is always a smiling face to greet you when you walk in and always a friendly and compassionate tech to assist. I wouldn't take my "kids" anyplace else.
