Love this store! EBs are dog friendly and they are always so welcoming. The only reason im not giving it a 5 is just clearly they don't care of a worker is sick and is in the store. We were there recently and one of the associates was hacking her brains out, which made us leave the store sooner as to not be exposed to her anymore. And she wasnt wearing her mask right, it just ruined the experience for us. I have loved everything I have ever bought at EB but if i see an employee doing any of the above, im out and im not coming back.

I've been an Eddie Bauer shopper, and nearly exclusively for decades. Things have changed drastically. I just went to swap a shirt that I bought less than a week ago, had the shirt in the bag, and the original purchase receipt with it. Guy at the counter said "There's nothing I can do for you without the original tag". So I can't swap it, return it or get a refund without the original tag? Even though it's brand new, with the original purchase receipt.... this along with one other EB location in the last year, has now lost a dedicated shopper. After decades of my Eddie Bauer-Only wardrobe.... I'll be shopping elsewhere. Truly pathetic.

After talking to customer service on the phone and being assured the store could do an exchange, this store’s manager insisted they do not do that despite my showing a transcript of the call. Manager Kelly then promised a callback after taking to the district manager, yet never did. I called in again and was assured I’d be called back, but nothing in a month.
After more than a decade of buying most of my clothes, luggage, backpacks, and more at Eddie Bauer I’ll never shop from them again. The demise of their care for customer satisfaction went with the drop in quality that was associated with cancelling their warranty. They won’t even honor items purchased prior to their lifetime warranty removal.

Everyone here was so nice!! And bonus we loved the clothes! We just moved from the South and needed some gear for this weather Everyone was so helpful and we found everything we needed and more! Also they are dog friendly! Our corgis loved it as much as we did! We will be back! :)

I had a very pleasant experience shirt shopping yesterday at this store because of the sales representative Maddie. She was helpful and not pushy. She let me know what the specials were and set up a dressing room to try the clothing selections on. Great job Maddie! Eddie Bauer, I'm sure is proud to have you!

I am petite. It is difficult to find petite outerwear. Received a regular sized vest for Christmas and decided to return to buy petite outerwear. I knew about free returns and decided I preferred to try on and see different fabrics. To my disapointment, the staffperson said store does not carry petites, except for a few on a returned sale rack. After digging, I found one petite on the regular rack, and 2 small petites. After she said they had no petite smalls. She didn't really know what she had. After driving 75 miles roundtrip, I ended up going home and ordering online.
