Right when I stepped inside, Christy greeted me and thoroughly assisted me and explained my options in a way that made sense. Both her and the woman who gave me my order the next day were very kind and helpful!

I wrote a 1 star review last week and it does not show up on this site. I went to the Granger, In location on Saturday July 26th to get an eye exam and new glasses. When I got there I was informed that the eye Doctor did not work Saturdays and if I would like to schedule an appointment it would be 2 weeks before I could get in. I was advised that if that did not work I should go to there competitor down the street Americas Best to get faster service, I have used this store for the last 6 years but I guess I will follow there recommendation and go there competition.

Hollie and Sierra did a great job ordering and fitting upon pick up, unfortunately worst eye exam possible did on emergency wasted $738 had to make appointment at regular eye doctor prescription wasn't even correct. Bremen family eye care is the BEST

Holly was really polite and very very helpful and listened to what Maia's needs were. And eyemart express staff were polite and helpful as well. The order for Maia's glasses were placed on Thursday and Maia got them on Saturday afternoon. Thank you again to Holly and the staff you all are awesome.

The minute my glasses broke at the YMCA around the corner, I knew I needed some quick help to be able to carry on my day. I called the nearest location for an optometrist and eyeglasses shop and I spoke with Lily who told me to come right in. After Ubering over, since I couldn’t see well enough to drive, I met Tiffany. She took great care of me giving me some options with a difficult fitting given my lenses. She brought me a couple of different options to consider a different price points and once we make the selection, she went back, fitted everything together, and was back out in minutes. I was actually able to call the Uber driver to take me back because I hadn’t gotten that far! Great service. Great selection. Very fair price.

What a great place, with amazing customer service. I called as I had lost my glasses. Kathy helped establish what I needed and explained that I could visit the store and they would be able to make my glasses in under an hour.
There was a good selection of frames, and my glasses were ready in about 30 mins.
