Lauryn Trowbridge is my favorite at this site. Not only does she have a nice personality, but she has a gentle touch, always asks what I want done, and cuts my hair professionally according to my requests. She also cuts the hair of my downs syndrome cousin. She's patient and kind with him.

They wouldn't cut my hair unless I take off my glasses. Hmmm. I have gone to Great Clips for years having my hair cut WITH my glasses on. I won't ever be back to this one! Maybe it's time to leave Great Clips?

Requested style: Kids cut short fade
Stylist: They cut both of my children. My daughter saw how smooth it was going for her younger brother. So she begged to her's cut as well. Both turned out awesome. Will be back.

I have been a satisfied client of Estella now for a little over six months. She cuts my hair very consistently each month and does a wonderful job of blending transition areas from one area to the next. It is not at all choppy as some haircuts I have received in the past. Very good haircut each time and Estella is great at remembering our conversations from the past month which makes me feel appreciated. Great customer service!
Stylist: Estella was my stylist and I call ahead every time to ensure she is there to cut my hair. I am very pleased with the consistency from one month to the next and the blending she does so well on my hair is something I did not think I could get at Great Clips. That blending is so well done, I would not expect to get that unless I paid two and a half times as much in a different salon
