It was very simple to open an account via their online application process. After a successful opening, I was able to fund my account using ACH transfers from another bank.The only issue I might point out is INOVA’s low ACH transfer limits. As a result, I had a few days delay in funding my account because I had to initiate the ACH transfers from a different bank.The customer service and guidance I received from Mercedes was excellent and contributed to a smooth process with no hassles.

What bank doesn't have tellers ohh inova, makes it do hard to cash a check. Nothing but a building with atms. Will never bank with a company that doesn't have tellers. Wish I didn't have to cash a check. 30 mins of sitting waiting for cash.

I think Courtney harner is a very professional compassionate worker at Inova I was having a bad day in November and needed to vent I guess and she was there to listen she even offered prayers I thank her for this very much.. she is awesome in her job and a good listener

Courtney Harner has been such a pleasure to work with! Courtney opened up all our new accounts and helped us do our online banking!
