The older women in the front of the store (Nancy) was extremely rude to me. I was in the other day with my six year old granddaughter and she always loves getting the popcorn on the way out and there wasn’t any, that was ok, so I thought I would surprise her and pick some up today. When I went in, that lady was there and I just casually shared what happened and she said “Well that’s not my fault”. You don’t talk to your patrons that way, and this isn’t the first time she’s been rude.

Very friendly service. Was asked right away if I needed help. Was assisted right away. Had keys made quickly. Both keys worked perfect. Will come back here!

They were able to make a key for my son’s car, and we’re not only helpful on the phone prior to him going, but had the knowledge and expertise to get the key coded to the car. Fantastic customer service!!

If there was a rating less than one star, the ace in the back would take the cake. Upon asking for a worker to merely LOOK for a package that I was told was there, he somehow knew with certainty that it wasn’t.
