Gracie had her Spay on Friday with Dr Tilley, and she was ready to play on Saturday... Been going to Kryders over 30 yrs, my pets have always been treated well, along with myself. Love all the staff. Gracie, Tinker, Bella, Max, Bailey, Sassy, Binx, Leo, Nali, and I thank you very much.. :)

The staff at Kryder and Harr care for our pets as if they are their own They greet us by name, and listen to what we have going on. I don’t think there will ever be a more caring down to earth place. That is why we have been with them 20 years now! Dr Harr ROCKS!!

Friendly front office staff, welcoming and acknowledging as you enter for your appointment. Technicians greet your pet and make them feel comfortable. Competent, caring and compassionate doctors. I had to have my kitty euthanized and Dr. Harr was caring and comforting to my pet and to me.Allowed me time to say goodbye and spend time with my pet.

I have been taking my cats to Kryder as long as I have been a pet owner (about 18 years). They have seen my cats through thyroid issues, kidney failure, broken femur, diabetes, ear infections...I have never had anything but positive experiences. Started with Dr. Kryder, and now see Dr. Harr, who is the absolute best. She takes time with my pets and will consult on what I think is best instead just telling us what we should do. Today I was in a slight panic about being low on thyroid meds before a holiday, and the receptionist went out of her way to track down Dr. Harr to make sure the prescription was signed and I don't run out over the long weekend. I really appreciate feeling my pets are cared for and taken care of!

This is the worst place I have ever been to. This place is so overpriced. From the moment I walk through the door the woman at the front is always asking me if I need something I didn't ask for. God forbid if you ask them why they charge so much. I've never seen people turn so angry and hateful.

I have been taking my rabbits to Dr. Eichenseer for over 6 years now and could not be happier with her care and expertise. She has performed the spays and neuters on all of my rabbits with 100% success. She sees my rabbits and hamster for yearly visits which are always fun. Most importantly, I have a rabbit who fails to grind his teeth down on his own, he requires frequent sedation and teeth filing, I wouldn’t trust him with anyone else.

My rabbit started having difficulty moving her back legs around, so we made an appointment at Kryder and Harr. Upon arrival, we were immediately taken to a room, and the tech immediately came in to take her weight. Dr. Eichenseer came in not long after and took the time to thoroughly look her over. She and the tech worked well to keep my rabbit (a prey animal) feeling as safe and comfortable as possible as they manipulated her legs and checked her over. Dr. Eichenseer recommended a course of action and we left with some medicine and detailed instructions. The facility is beautiful, clean, and laid out with much thought put in to separating animals in the waiting area. But we didn't even have to wait! AND it was only $75 for the exam and $15 for the medicine. Very affordable for us. It's hard to find vets that are experienced with rabbits, but I would absolutely recommend Dr. Eichenseer.

Kryder used to be a place I trusted, and they made me feel like an important part of thier clientele. Now I won't bring my pets there or step foot inside. Whomever answers the phone, talked down to me, belittled me and made me feel silly for wanting an emergent appointment for my shep that was having sudden onset siezures. They told me I could drop him off, and he could be seen in between other appointments.... sure I'll drop my stressed, sick, and anxious dog off, leave him with strangers and let you evaluate him in between your other overcharged patients. Yall charge a premium but the care has become subpar at best. Also if I need anxiety medication that my shep has been on for years, you don't get to tell me that the Rx won't be refilled on your whim because you want to charge me $156 to spend 5 minutes looking at him. Good luck if you think this is your best bet. You'd be better off taking them to the emergent care that's over 2 hours away! It's 150 to go there and they will at least be helpful.

They have changed definitely not for the better. I can tell Kryder is not there anymore. My last vist they took my dog in the back, because apparently they dont think i understand my own dog. I dont even know if the vet did an examination on my dog but, i did get charged for it. I've been a client for over 30 years.
