If I could rate them a zero I would. Do not finance with UFCU! We financed a camper with them and had an insurance claim . State Farm sent the check to my husband and UFCU they made us deposit the check and are holding the money. Four weeks ago we sent in before and after pictures and an itemized receipt from the contractor. Still not releasing the money. State Farm gave us the money to prepare our camper not for you to collect interest on. I call and leave messages and get no return call. Even scheduled for a call back Saturday morning and nothing. Stay clear from UFCU
Update they ask for a phone number and almost a week later no call so I emailed them again then finally got a call. They called me and were gonna talk to my insurance company and it’s been over a week and I still haven’t heard back from them.Tuesday I Left a message for the manager Gabby to call me back and still nothing. It’s time to return the money to State Farm UFCU seems you guys don’t want to release it to us to fix the camper!
