This place is absolutely the best place in the Michiana area. Sure it’s pricey BUT they never rush you and the quality work and incredible artwork is hands down the best around. I usually don’t tell people where I get my mani/pedi’s at because they really are the best. They treat you respectfully and so professional.

I went back after posting my review a few days ago and they removed my acrylics and gave me a gel polish on my natural nails but to remove and get my nails ready for the gel polish they had to use the dremmel and the dust that forms from doing this made my skin very itchy again, not their fault, I’m they were very polite, I now know when having a manicure I can’t soak in acetone and can’t have them use a dremmel. They did awesome taking care of me

Be very, very careful about who you get as a technician. I have been here 17 times and the experience is completely different, depending on who you get. They will regularly make choices without talking to you (e.g. quantity of coats, shape of nail, etc.). I will often get the same exact color for my pedicure and manicure- and the color will look completely different. If you are going to spend $150+ on having your nails done, you will likely want to go somewhere else or find one technician here that will do the appointment the way you want. Be cautious when booking here.

I have been looking for a nail tech that listens and really takes their time on my nails. I have finally found "the ONE", Trinity is AMAZING!!! She listened and gave me just what I asked for. I am really picky when it comes to my nails and she took her time to make sure they were perfect! She has definitely gained a new client! This was only my second time going to Lovely nails and both times I have been super impressed. I came in with pictures both times and they weren't easy by any means. Both girls did there best and they turned out so good. Previous places I've gone weren't even willing to try. I got so many compliments with the last design and can't wait to see what people have to say about this one. Absolutely love this nail salon.

I’ve been a regular customer here, along with my daughter, since they opened a few years ago. I’ve had mostly positive experiences, but it seems to be a luck of the draw. Today was not so lucky.
I am a breast cancer survivor and have thin nails as a result. The last time I was in, the nail tech talked to me into getting a dip manicure because it would make my nails stronger. I was a little nervous because of the removal process, but she said that they had other cancer patients and could be very gentle, using a soak process instead of the sander. I agreed, got the dip, and came back today for another manicure. I let them know that I needed a gentle removal process, and they said that would be fine.
Unfortunately, things did not go as I had hoped. While the removal process was a soak, it consisted of soaking my hands in acetone for an extended period of time, which turned my skin white and very, very dry. She did not use the sander to take the rest of the polish off, thankfully, but she did use it to finish the new manicure, and quite a bit, to the point where it became pretty uncomfortable. The tech that I had last time did not use the sander in this way, and I never would have asked for a dip manicure today had I known it would be like this. Funny thing is, even with the excessive use of the sander, I just got home and realized she still left polish on my skin. So all of that discomfort for…. ?
Don’t get me wrong, there are some good techs here who do a beautiful job and can be very gentle. Unfortunately, It’s usually so busy that you just sit down with whomever is available. I just can’t risk another experience like today, and think it’s time for a new salon.

Trinity does a fantastic job. She really listens to what the customer wants. She has done my nails twice and I have received so many compliments. I will continue to have her do my nails and I will recommend her to my friends .
