“Pay at Pump Not Available”’ “Use Card Inside (KSB)” - what kind of nonsense is this. Why inconvenience your customers like this? Really.

This is a nice gas station. It would be great if they kept the pumps full of paper for the receipt to print.

Came in today 6-7 at 10:15am. You need to fire everyone working. All 3 people are just on the phone and acting like it's a huge inconvenience that I am buying chicken and drinks. Basic training to your employees. Greet a customer and thank them for coming in. It goes a long way these days.
