Martin’s has the best service combined with wide variety into one grocery store. Today I was looking for skinless, deboned chicken thighs. I asked one of the butchers, Kevin, about such a product and he stated that it was not available but he would be happy to debone the chicken for me! I waited just a few minutes for him to take the bone out of the chicken thighs. For Someone who does not often debone chicken, this saved an immense amount of time on a recipe and I greatly appreciate it! Thank you, Kevin!!

Martins has some insane sales sometimes. This year,2023, just before Christmas they had spiral hams for 89c per lb and whole turkeys for a similar price. I ended up buying my Christmas ham for $6 in 2023 with this inflation and all

Wish we had a nice big, well-appointed store like this in Kentucky. Instead, we have Kroger (a ppor excuse for a better grocery store at with horrible stocking levels) and Walmart (which has better stocking levels than Kroger), but still Walmart!

I enjoy the fabulous bakery selection but there is a gentleman that does the pizzas who could use a lesson in proper customer service, the other employees sem fantastic.

Opens early and stays open late. Usually stocked around 7 or so. Managers specials on meat can save you money.

We stayed next door at the Hampton Inn and walked over on a Saturday night for a few travel essentials and wine.Overall: Clean/upscale store with reasonably priced items.Pros:*Wide variety of reasonably priced wine*Not very busy/quick checkout*Friendly/helpful employees*Awesome deli with market layout*We are from the Dakotas, and I joked with my husband that I want to live in this store. ?Cons:*we loved the market layout because it was unique to us - but it was a bit harder to figure out where to find items than a traditional supermarket

Amazing margarita pizza!!! I use this as my baseline to determine the quality of pizza at different places and this was amazing. Should have had about double the basil minimum but otherwise this was one of the best I’ve had.

I have shopped at Martins for 20 years. Every shopping experience gets worst and worst. Higher priced every time I go in, and quality has went downhill. Today I went to return a meat item. Nothing but problems from the customer service staff all the way up to the store director. Now they pick and choose what they honor under store policy/satisfaction. 200% return plastered all over their ad. I wouldn’t waste your time or money here anymore. Go to Walmart, Meijer, St. Claires Butcher Shop.

Ever since martins has switched owners it’s gone completely down hill. I use to come to this martins all the time (heritage square) and honestly the one off Bittersweet is worse. I walked through and literally grabbed 4 different items that were past the expiration date by at least 2-3 weeks!!!! For how much more martins groceries cost compared to other local grocery stores, this is absolutely ridiculous. The employees have even had a turn downhil as well… so disappointing. For how much more I pay to shop here, everything should be ?? perfect. I shouldn’t have to go someplace else because they have rotten, expired food all over for double the price.

Understaffed, and what staff there are are clearly overworked and stressed. They still render the best possible service they can, but the business model this branch is operating under is unsustainable.Offer better wages, offer sick leave, offer decent hours - treat your employees like people so they can run the store well. I don't care if it costs your CEO his 4th yacht. A minimum wage job doesn't afford anyone anything anymore.Tired of seeing large businesses treating employees like disposable cattle and then having the gall to complain 'no one wants to work'.
