Made an online appointment for a booster to go on my vaccination.Recieved confirmation for appt.Proceeded to the Pharmacy in Granger at Heritage Square arrived to check in and was told I was mistaken I didn't have an appointment and asked if I knew I had the right place.I than pulled up my appointment and confirmation and they said their is no one there to give me the shot.I had to check four Martin's before getting this appointment and this was the furtherest out before heading to Elhart.Not one of the two people apologized and my problem is if no Pharmacist on duty who authorizes emergency prescriptions?

They were able to find the best deal on a medication I needed when I had just started a new job and my insurance hadn't kicked in. Recently, a medication's price jump surprised me...they investigated, found the issue and gave me a credit the next time I was there. They go the extra mile for their customers and I can't thank them enough.

I know people look around for the best prices because drugs are so expensive. But every time I go into this pharmacy, I feel like everyone is looking out for me. The personal care they give to customers, in my opinion, can’t be matched anywhere else. I can’t imagine going anywhere else.
