I was at this store yesterday and had a great experience. I had to return 2 items from an online order and it was fast and easy. Then I shopped around and both girls working there were very friendly and helpful. I bought several items and while checking out had a great conversation. The level of friendliness and prompt customer service was incredible. That's the best experience I have ever had at a Maurice's store!

Workers are horrible and make you feel like it's inconvenient for them to look for an online order you did for store pickup. Definitely rethinking shopping here.

I absolutely love shopping at this Maurices. The manager today helped me find shorts on clearance, convert sizing, and found better sizing for me. I thought I was a 14 and found out I'm actually a 12 or 10. It's so clean and organized.

Was in the store Christmas shopping for family with my young daughter. Asked the asst. manager if my daughter could use the bathroom, and she proceeded to tell us they don't have a bathroom. Funny, as my daughter has used the bathroom in the recent past. Perfect scenario to teach a 10-year-old about lying. I took my hundreds of dollars to another company, and will not be returning to this location.

Despite a poor selection, two friends of mine and I found our way through the store to the boots. The display was ridiculously high along the wall and after a few attempts to try and reach the boots at the top, another shopper and I each tried to reach the top shelf using an ottoman. Not one employee offered to help. We decided to try one last time to reach it when an employee (I'm assuming she's a manager) came out and scolded me by yelling "get down now!" I was taken aback by how harsh she was but realizing it's a liability issue, I can understand and quickly got off the ottoman. However, several employees saw us trying to reach the boots and not one had intervened or offered assistance. Myself and another shopper tried three times between us as employees busied themselves around us. But instead of using kindness, this manager decided to continue to loudly and passive aggressively make comments about the situation. I realize I did not use good judgment- however, it was degrading and unprofessional to continue to embarrass me in front of the entire store. Perhaps items should NOT be placed so out of reach, OR you should offer to assist? All three of us ended up putting our selections down and walking out after the manager continued to make loud comments about me to her employees. Bad form.

I had THE BEST shopping experience here. They carry so many different sizes and a large range of products from shoes, to jeans, shirts, dresses, to even jewelry. The women there are so helpful and make the shopping experience very casual and the store is such a comfortable environment. The store was so clean and the staff was great! Tana and Lashaina and their coworker (she was so sweet but I didn’t get her name!!) were all so amazing!! Not only did I look great and felt confident in everything I tried on, but the prices were fabulous!! The entire store was buy one get one half off that day!! On top of that, Lashaina helped me use my coupons at the register!! Can’t wait to shop here again!!!!
