Last night at 9:40pm I went to deposit money into the atm. After I inserted the money I started making weird noises, gave me back not even half the money I deposited and shut off. I sat there for 20-30 mins waiting for it to reboot only to get my card back and no other money. I called the only number on the machine which stated extension didn't answer. I called the number on my card obviously closed. No emergency number on machine for these circumstances. I called the number on my card today and they said they'd file an atm dispute which could take up to 45 days. This is unacceptable. Your machine malfunctioned and now I'm out of nearly 400 dollars while you guys take your sweet time figuring out the atm.

I hate Norhwest, mutual bank was great for my business. Northwest has been a nightmare, all there policies are terrible and the transition kept me stranded from my funds while there phone were down. I will be moving my account soon.

Once again this bank fails to provide service. Tried to deposit a check at 6:30 today thru the automated teller. Banks hours are listed until 7:00. automated teller said it was closed . So tired of this branch.
