Adam and his team are absolutely phenomenal. I purchased a Herman Miller Embody chair from them recently and their customer service was second to none from start to finish. With a high cost purchase such as these chairs, its nice to know that the business I am working with actually care about their customers.

Horrible customer service here. Representative Adam Myers here told me he would give me a quote for a Herman Miller item I wanted to order and never provided that. When I then inquired about it, he sent me another customer's quote for a totally different item. They are not even organized enough to even keep quote correspondence accurate and just totally wasted my time. Why would I want to make a purchase from them?
