“fish looked healthy and well taken care of! the only thing i had a problem with was when i brought in some dead fish to be returned in the 30 day period one of the employees demanded a water sample. i’ve never been asked to give one to them to test. the website said it is recommended but not mandatory. i told her that but then she said it has always been that we had to have a water test to return the fish!”
