fish looked healthy and well taken care of! the only thing i had a problem with was when i brought in some dead fish to be returned in the 30 day period one of the employees demanded a water sample. i’ve never been asked to give one to them to test. the website said it is recommended but not mandatory. i told her that but then she said it has always been that we had to have a water test to return the fish!

The store has plenty of options for sale for numerous animals. It always seems to be a skeleton crew working and the staff is not pleasant, they are not rude or mean but just not nice or friendly. I only go there out of convenice due to it being close and the store carrying the brand of food for my animals.

Looking for parvocide to treat our house prior to a new puppy coming to visit. Nice people, but confusing. Website indicates store carried the product, but sales clerk indicates it’s a special order. So likely a website/Google issue and not the store’s fault. Nice folks!

Grooming ... My dogs haircut was choppy, uneven, and just looked awful. A 2 year could have done a better job. I should get a refund.

It was great at this location because they stay open later than in Goshen. I was able to get Hill’s Science diet for both my dog and cat. It’s expensive but they are among the few that carry it.

Anytime I come to PetCo, I leave happy and satisfied. The staff are always friendly and knowledgeable. If you think about it, and do the math, PetCo is genuinely the least expensive place to get all you need for you fur babies. This trip I came in to get some things my vet recommended for my ornery senior cat. As always, I was able to find what I needed, AND they did the whole price match thing with their website. Which saved me quite a but of money. For sure my go to place. Thank you guys for all the hard work, it is very appreciated! :)

The blonde lady working at the grooming place she’s very rude with the dogs she never gets done the whole grooming because she doesn’t like when dogs pee or be hyperactive
If you don’t like working with dogs just go get another job because no dog deserve to be treated that way . Honestly very disappointed and mad this lady definitely needs to be dropped from there

Getting pretty fed up with this place.
I've been coming here for reptile and amphibian supplies for the better part of a year now. Recently, the employees have been pretty rude and inattentive. I'm not sure what the issue is. The cashier, which has been the same one every time I've come for the past few months, is always on her cell phone. When you approach the check out lane, and it's usually only hers that's open, rather than putting her phone down, she will make you wait while she finishes up what she's doing, even if it takes a few minutes. Then on top of it, her attitude towards you makes you feel like you're being a nuisance because she has to do her job.
I had also asked another employee about the flightless fruit flies, which they've been out of for what seems like a while, to which she curtly said they didn't have any. When I had asked if she knew when they would be getting them in, she didn't even bother to look at me, and dismissively said she had no idea. When I told her thank you, she didn't even say 'you're welcome,' or 'have a good day.' Thank you for making me feel like a valued customer.

Defiantly a good store to go to for fish. They have a much wider selection of fish than PetSmart. The betta fish here are also much more pretty than the ones at PetSmart. I have many fish, mostly from here. I got a beautiful dragon scale betta. Also have swordtails, Corydoras, kuhli loaches, and zebra danios. They make the return for the fish easy. I have had a few accidents that killed my fish, such as a tank break and ich that I got after buying from PetSmart. Both only killed one of my fish, but they made it easy to get them replaced. Will buy from them again.
