Every time I come into the store to purchase an item they don't have it and they're running a special buy three get one free shoot. You can't even buy one let alone three, but I would be glad to buy three if they had them. Extremely frustrating. Driving all the way here and it's $16 and it's only $10 on Amazon but you are paying $5 for shipping

Went in on the 17th to do my friends hair for her wedding. The lady was great at showing us options. The woman was amazing. I don’t remember her name but she had short curly hair. Lol

I arrived at exactly two minutes before closing Saturday night. “You close in train minutes, right?” I asked, hoping I was wrong about the time.The two workers didn’t even know how close it was to closing time. One checked a little clock, might have been on her Cash register screen. She looked to be in high school, or recently graduated (relevance will become clear later). “No, you’ve got at least five minutes”. She said.“I know exactly what I want, and where to find it”. I promised.“Not at all. Take your time” Said the other lady, who appeared to be at least 21 (The promised relevance. See how I skillfully avoided describing the lady as “older”? That would have been both vague and insulting)I grabbed the item I went in for, then mentioned an issue I was having distinguishing what to get and why I THOUGHT this was what I wanted.The less young lady briefly but clearly explained the matter. Not being familiar with the concept, I admitted I didn’t understand. (I could tell that what she said made perfect sense IF I knew something about the subject, which I don’t.She reworded the explanation, giving enough extra detail for ME to understand, but without overloading me.She saved me from yet again buying and applying the wrong version of the product that works yield undesired results.THANKS SO MUCH, young but over 21 years Lady!

Nice store a bit small but easy to navigate and usually find what you're looking for. The staff is usually very friendly and willing to help you find what you're looking for even if you don't understand what your wife sent you there for.

Ever since the whole pandemic started, their customer service is non-existent. I did not receive my whole order, and there was nothing I could do about it other than file a dispute with my credit card. I wouldn't be surprised if go out of business at some point in the six months; it kind of seems like that's the way they're headed.

I got the blonde brilliance and it completely fried my hair to the point I'm having to cut it off short.. The volume 30 seem to work pretty good soften my hair where it's not dead at cuz like seriously half of my head is going to have to be shaved it's not cool the lady says here this will take all the day out it was extra strength and my hair wasn't that bad of that it was already faded pretty much so just be careful with the bleach there
