Worst massage I have ever had in my life. I didn’t complain tho. I was also charged incorrectly and was told to call back the next day to get that fixed.The next day, I was asked by the manager (Jessa) if I liked the massage and I said “I was hoping you wouldn’t ask me that “. I then went on to explain why I didn’t enjoy it ( very rushed, rubbing bones and not muscles, being loud, basically just lightly applied oil and didnt massage). I also told her that I usually get my massages at Woodhouse but a friend recommended this salon instead.I would think that Jessa would respond by saying “oh I’m so sorry but we will pass this on to her for future clients”, but instead, she said “well we aren’t the same caliber or price point”.So basically, you asked my opinion just to argue it. You pretty much said I’ll get what I pay for and I shouldn’t expect a decent massage at your salon because it’s not a fancy day spa? Why bother asking a client’s opinion if you’re just going to try and make them feel like some kind of picky person for feeling that way?

I feel like Salon Nouveau's ability to properly handle customers has decreased, especially for new clients.I called three times to make an appointment - and all three times was on hold for over six minutes due to how busy they were. That's a sign of a good Salon, right? Incorrect. I finally was able to get through and booked my appointment for a perm.Two days later I received a phone call that went something like this: I can't come in Monday for my appointment because the lady at the front desk was new *and* the stylist was new - and actually wasn't taking clients. But - I also have to come in for an additional appointment to have my hair assessed before the perm.So let me get this straight. You want me to make another appointment, to have my hair looked at (but nothing done) so eventually you can provide me with the service that I ordinally wanted, but that you also cancelled?Here's the thing. They said they wanted to make sure the end result was what I wanted. A consultation isn't going to do that. Talking to the stylist during my appointment will. They didn't say this - but I know they also want to make sure my hair is healthy enough - again - your *stylist* during my appointment should be able to make that call. If it's not healthy? Maybe we do something else. Instead, they want me to come in for two appointments, (30 min each way) just in case my hair is or is not healthy, so in the end they don't lose a sale (I assume why else do something this silly?)My hair is fine and healthy - and I don't mind you looking at it. I do mind you wasting my time - again - and then not offering me a solution only saying "Well we want to make sure we get you what you want." No. You don't want to waste your time but you're ok with wasting my time. I have a special needs child and I don't have free time because you want to look at my hair or because your stylist doesn't have the ability to judge it during my appointment.Either way, I didn't have a stylist because apparently everyone is new. I'm frustrated. When I said the manger could call me back to make it right, I was told I could email her. No thank you. I don't need more time wasted.I honestly believe that when you grow too large as a company, your quality and ability to provided a positive experience decreases. Those who are already established clients are more likely to have a positive experience, but as of now, stay away if you're new. There are so many other options and if you're not respected here, why jump through the hoops? Fancy doesn't not always equal quality. Sometimes its a cover.

Holly at the Granger location did an excellent job with my hair color and cut! Absolutely gorgeous and exactly what I wanted. She was very kind. I've found my new hairdresser and salon!

I went to the now closed Salon Nouveau for many years with OUTSTANDING results. I recently had an appointment at the Heritage Square salon. My hair is turning silver naturally. I booked an appointment for a cut and silver highlights to blend in my new growth. My stylist said, during the process that she did not have enough time. At the end of my expensive visit I not only had no silver highlights, the naturally silver hair around my face is now "dirty" blond. The "cut" consisted of about 5 snips, with nothing at all done to blend in my bangsServices: Haircut

My guy friend and I went to have pedicures. The girls, Lyndsey and Carliy were fantastic but we cannot figure out why the pedicure chairs aren't on some kind of platform so they can sit up higher when they are working on a persons feet.The poor girls are all hunched up trying to do their jobs. I have been here today , had facial & it was good ! I was looking for a good Spa in this town. Kelsey gave attention to what I was looking for . She was great in massage too . Already booked another appointment for my husband. Definitely coming back .

My wife just returned very upset from this salon. She had made my 4 year old daughter’s hair appointment weeks ago. She waited over a half an hour and finally decided to just leave without getting her haircut. It was already a late appointment at 6:45pm. No one apologized or acknowledged she had been waiting well over her scheduled time. My wife had to go back and ask how much longer only to be given an attitude by one of the rude stylists. My wife is a patient person but 30 minutes is excessive especially when waiting with an excited 4 year old. Will never book there again. Just disappointing because both of my daughters loved going there for haircuts. It’s a shame the customer service there is so poor.Service: Haircut

I am so thankful to have found Salon Nouveau! Best pedicure I have ever had! Lindsey is AMAZING! Today was my first visit and I booked my next appointment before I left. If you are looking for a salon that is clean, professional and does a outstanding job this is the place for you! I am looking forward to getting other services here as well.

I've been going to Jen for massages for awhile now and I won't go anywhere else. I also recommend my friends to her. She does great every time.
