“Our family temporarily relocated to South Bend this past year with our now 5- and 3-year-old children, and to be honest, we were incredibly anxious about how the transition would impact them. We feel so unbelievably fortunate to have found East Bank Learning Center—it quickly became a second home for our kids and a source of comfort and reassurance for us as parents.
From day one, the teachers and staff at EBLC showed such kindness, patience, and understanding. Our children have unique needs, and the team was always available, supportive, and willing to meet them where they were. It made all the difference. We also felt welcomed by the broader EBLC community—other parents and children who made us feel like we belonged.
Leaving South Bend was incredibly emotional but Lisa and the entire EBLC team not only gave our children everything they needed during this important stage of their lives—they also made our transition back home a little easier by sending us off with love and care.
We are truly grateful for the warmth, dedication, and support you showed our family. Thank you for being such a bright light in our lives during this chapter. We will never forget it!”
“I've been here 3 times so far and I love it! I've never walked out disappointed. Each time it was a different person and the way they are trained is awesome! Several times I was asked if they were hurting me, if the water was too cold or hot when washing my hair, how I was doing, etc. Lanette does great with all the students and helps them learn! Great job!”

“My son has been going here for about 4 months now, and he is so so happy to get there every morning! I was worried because his previous daycare was…. Questionable to say the least, but I have had zero concerns here! He is well fed, well rested, and changed every hour. Special shout out to Ms LaTonya, she is so amazing!! My son loves her :)”
“Our two kids started here when they were 2.5 and 3.5 years old and they both love it here. The schedule, the teachers, the snacks/meals. They can't stop talking about their friends and all the things they play. The staff keeps parents informed very well, through emails and the LifeCubby app which includes pictures. And they handle all things sickness and injuries and allergies very well! Definitely thankful the Build, Learn, Grow Scholarship is applicable here!”

“Ms. Gigi and Ms. Chelsea and Mr. BJ are absolutely incredible with my son. From day one at this school, he was comfortable and came back happy talking about the playground and his friends. We’ve loved the daily updates, pictures, and lessons on the app - we always feel updated on our son’s progress. Highly recommend to any parent considering enrolling their child!”
