The nice young lady was a great help to megetting me paint supplies and paint for my kitchen woodwork. She walked me to the car and I tripped as I walk with a cane, andshe grabbed my arm to keep me from falling.

Just had the best customer experience of my life at Sherwin Williams, Granger. The Manager Seth was amazing, answered all my painting questions and issues and helped me to resolve an ongoing issue with my paint project. Kudos to the dark haired gentleman (I didn’t get his name) but he was extremely helpful as well. I will post the finished project when completed.

The best employee that worked there for almost 30 years was let go, and honestly, her expertise, knowledge and devotion were the reasons we shopped there. You lost us as customers and should be ashamed of how you treated that employee…she was as hard working and loyal as they came. Very sad world we live in when an employee that’s given a large portion of their life to your company, and you let her go. I will be spreading the word in my circle.

Stopped in for some touch up paint. Was helped out by Lisa...she was the rudest associate or manager I have ever worked with while at the store. Been to a couple of location lately with great service.
