JJ was super helpful and that’s an understatement.
After deciding we wanted a Sleep Number bed, my wife and I visited the Granger, IN store. Walking in the store was a bit overwhelming. I didn’t realize how many options there were. However, after telling him what we were looking for, JJ helped us narrow our selection very quickly. The process was quick but not rushed.
Extra kudos to JJ. My wife and I weren’t the only customers in the store but he was the only employee working. It was near closing time on a Saturday night and he handled it like a pro.

Kevin was great! Really patient with our questions, very knowledgeable about the beds, and super helpful and respectful when we were making our decision. He was also very nice to our children.

Richard was a stand up guy, he was honest and up front about good and bad details. He also had a sense of humor which was an added free service. Wouldn't hesitate to do business at this store with any gentleman that works there not just Richard.

Good salesman who wasn't pushy and actually shut up and listened to what the customer wanted. Richard at the Granger IN location was knowledgeable and suggest if you're looking for a new bed, go see him.

Richard Young (Richard@Sleep Number) was assigned as my sales representative at the local Sleep Number store after my initial visit to their on-line website. He followed up with me very quickly via text, responded to my questions in a timely manner, was very professional and most importantly was seasoned at meeting a customer on their terms.
In doing so he built trust, not just as a person but also for his knowledge, openness and dependability. That speaks so much louder than what’s on a business card.
Well done Richard. It was an absolute pleasure working with you!
