Waited in line for 35 minutes, there were only 3 cars in front of me. When I finally got to the window, there were 4 or 5 employees inside on their phones and eating Wendy's. This is the second time I've waited 30 minutes or more, I will not return to this location.

Went 3/15 at 7:52 pm. Only car in the drive through and waited 17 minutes for our smoothies. The employees seemed very distracted and more focused on goofing off instead of serving their customers.

We went to this Granger location of Smoothie King and had an awful experience! We had a Major Saver card to use which is a reusable plastic card that has an offer to use and the worker literally punched a hole into the card, ruining it. Then when I received my order, which was Coffee Dlite mocha which I’ve been getting for years, she didn’t put the scoop of peanut butter in it, as requested. And, in addition to that it tasted like dirty ice water. It was the worst thing I’ve ever tasted & I couldn’t even drink it. I will never go back to this location.

Delicious smoothies and great quality. My favorite drink is pineapple surf and the Hulk. For the price I think it’s worth it. Also I think drive thru is faster than ordering inside.

I've only ever had SK twice in my life and it's always been sooooo good. I accidently ordered the wrong drink and they were so kind and let me swap it for the one I actually wanted! Very thankful for that and the service was great :)

Horrible customer service. My wife went to pick up our GrubHub order and the drink wasn't ready, so she went up to the counter to ask about it. No one acknowledged her and were all seeming to be trying to not make eye contact with her. Then a man came in and was immediately acknowledged and helped. It was only after that that anyone even acknowledged my wife. Then when I went in with her to complain, the staff just acknowledged that they saw her but said she just "looked like she was waiting on something" and "she should have just told us she was waiting on a pickup order". They never once apologized for not acknowledging her and didn't address that she was trying to do what they said she should have done.Horrible customer service and the whole staff needs to be better trained

So usually I opt for the drive thru. Today, I decided to go in, for some reason, and kinda glad I did. I order my regular, medium Blueberry Heaven with Frozen yogurt. As I walked into the store, no other customers were in the store. There were two somewhat visible workers, one was on her phone by the cash register and one guy was washing some blenders. As I was paying for my smoothie, I noticed a gnat fly right by me and then noticed there were a number of gnats by their bananas. I simply asked if they had fresh bananas in the peal, and the worker said she would have to ask her manager. I thought that was odd, but she did. Another lady came from the back, thinking she was the manager and said the bananas are fresh and the bananas with brown are full of flavor and they can't offer fresh bananas in the peel as they don't have any to offer. I then noticed a small red object by the bananas and saw gnats all around it. I just asked for no bananas and was actually grossed out, as I was thinking that all the other times I've ordered, there might have been some gnats in my bananas from the blueberry heaven I've ordered. I get it, fruit flies are a thing, but maybe they need to keep kids on their fruit to protect the fruit from fruit flies or other insects.I simply took the smoothie after it was made and didn't drink it, as it kinda made me sick thinking there were fruit flies or gnats in the smoothie. Not sure if this location is simply not as clean as others, and I've visited a number of them in Indiana. Maybe I should have just gone through the drive thru, or maybe they should offer the smoothies with fresh bananas, or keep the fruit covered. Regardless, not sure I'll be back to this location.

Worst Smoothie King (Granger, Indiana) experience three days in a row! We continued to give Lauren's store another try only because our teenagers had oral surgery and were on a liquid diet (mom/dad were also not feeling well). The drive-thru customer experience left much to be desired all three times - rude, curt, short, and unable to answer menu item questions. Aside from the helpful and kind male who assisted us at the window on our third day, the workers lacked experience and replied they were not "allowed" to separate the chunky items from our acai bowls or they "could be fired." So we paid for our bowls but were not allowed to have the granola/fruit chunks put on the side because the "owner is watching us from the cameras". They did offer to not include the granola and fruit/chunks from the bowls but they would still have to charge of the full amount.The female shift lead on our third day gave us the owner's (Lauren) personal phone number. We called three times and left one message, Lauren never called back. We wanted to give her, as the owner, the opportunity to hear our feedback and let her know in the voicemail that we would be leaving a negative review if she preferred to chat instead, prior to this post.It appears that this location operates from a fear-based, financial gain culture rather than front-facing, customer/staff satisfaction, healthy leadership approach. Lauren banked over $200 from us over the weekend - only because of illness and liquid diet requirements. We will not be going back to this location now that we are clear from postoperative dietary restrictions.

Y'all need to be more careful if someone asks to replace dairy items. My wife has a bad allergy to dairy. Weekend is probably ruined but, she'll live. If you have to second guess whether the order is correct or not, then remake it.

Very slow and no matter how long they take still get my smoothie wrong trying to give banana to a person with allergies who clearly told you before good job clearly need to hire better quality of workers
