Christmas week they randomly delivered and charged me for 5 more bottles I didn't ask for. My bank account went negative and I couldn't buy my nephew a Christmas gift. When I called in, made me put the bottles outside and wait for a pickup day for my refund. It's really sad how this happens every time a company is purchased.
Edit: They charged me for a bogus visit that didn't happen a few months later, then charged me 2 delivery fees a few months after that. It really does seem like they're just doing bogus charges to see what they can get away with. There's never pushback, they just refund immediately without saying sorry. This never happened under ACME, I cancelled my account.

Went there on a Monday after driving long distance to pick up my water and they were closed on a MONDAY even though it clearly states they are open until 9pm Mon-Friday. Not very professional, not reliable.

I called Spencer's because my client needed a reverse osmosis system installed on a home they were buying. I was so impressed with Jason, the owner, who answered all of my questions and he and his team promptly installed an RO system before the sale was done. Strongly recommend!

I have been a customer of Spencer’s since 2021. I receive, multiple 5 gallon bottles of water & a bag of water softened salt, every month. This serve is very helpful & inexpensive for my family. I am very grateful!

Jason with Spencer’s was awesome from start to finish. I was on the verge of a full-blown marriage crisis thanks to our old water softener — couldn’t run the dishwasher, everything had spots, the whole deal. I reached out to Spencer’s on a Sunday, and Jason called me that same afternoon to schedule a replacement for Thursday. Fast, professional, and everything’s working perfectly now. Highly recommend!

I won a water softener from Spencer's when I attended the Home Show at the Century Center last month. I entered a drawing for a water softener system at that time!
Install was completed after a few hiccups with water lines because I have a century home. After all the necessary adjustments I now have a brand new water softener!!!
I'm really looking forward to having soft water after living here for 27 years with hard water!!!
Brandon, the service technician, was efficient, friendly, knowledgeable and very easy to talk to since I had lots of questions!
This is a veteran owned business and I highly recommend using them for your water softener needs....
I know I am looking forward to having them as my water softener company!

Absolutely unacceptable service. Jason & Brayton (?) chose to blame others for their lack of basic customer service and communication. First dispenser needed to be replaced, the cold water did not work, eventually they brought me a leaking, disgusting replacement. The technician, Brandon, was the only one to follow up with me, so thank you to him for picking everything up.

Returned 4 empty water bottles on 5/14/2024 in person to Jason’s wife for deposit return. She called Jason and he said they would mail me a check. Called in June and July to see where refund is. Never got back with me and never received my $32.00 refund check.
