GO TO COSTCO! I have to say my experience here was not a positive one. I visited them several times, each time the poor staff was unorganized claiming there were problems with my insurance and when my eye doctor faxed my prescription over, they claimed they hadn't received it. They had prescriptions lying around in piles completely unorganized! The staff seems to be overworked and extremely unorganized. After the third trip, we headed over to Costco and it was seamless. My doctors office faxed over my prescription and my glasses arrived within four days.

We're very happy with the service at Target Optical, but please UPDATE YOUR HOURS OF OPERATION on your website. My daughter and I wasted 1.5 hours of our time driving to your Granger location today (Sunday), only to find out that it is closed on Sundays. Your website gives Sunday hours as Noon-5 pm.

I have been purchasing glasses here for years. Unfortunately, the high turn around has allowed for employment of a "manager" who lacks effective communication skills, is not friendly and not helpful. Most frustratingly was her apparent lack of interest in trying to help. If she's knowledgeable about glasses, that was not evident during my interaction with her. Please do better, Target.

Most places the eye exam is free wtih the purchase of glasses or contacts. But not only did I pay my copay, but I am sure my insurance will be billed for it as well. But they also have another $80 charge. Making this trip the most expensive set of contacts I have ever bought.

I have been a patient of Dr. Jeff Wade for many years after a few negative experiences at other offices after moving to the area. Hands down best provider and staff every time, even with staff changes

Dr. Jennifer Wade was super friendly and made me feel very comfortable. Exam was quick and easy. They have a nice little practice there. I will say the bald guy behind the desk had a chip on his shoulder and seemed bothered by anything asked of him, where as every single other staff member was chipper and friendly and gave me a great experience. He just seemed irritated to be there. But over all very nice place and good people.

Daisy Gonzalez did a fantastic job helping me find new glasses last weekend. She is very knowledgeable about her products. I feel like she helped me increase the value of my purchase while keeping cost very reasonable.

Horrible service. My insurance was not ran through for any glasses coverage other than what they had on sale in store. Scott apparently told upper management that he provided a complementary cloth; bag and glass cleaner which was incorrect. I was told I will receive a phone call from management it's been weeks now and nothing. He rushed the entire process for me being in store and when I called every other day to see a status on my glasses he was always rude answering the phone. When I finally picked up my glasses his rude comment was "you really needed these calling everyday" and handed me the glasses without making sure it was measured correctly on my face without asking me if I needed anything else. When I opened the case there was no cleaning cloth when I told him he handed me an AX bag and told me to use that as a cloth which is not even the brand of glasses I purchased. The entire experience was awful and customer service nor management does nothing about it. Target optical makes you fill out a complaint form for nothing because nothing has been done. Never again will I nor my family of 6 get any glasses from at target. We're better off going elsewhere. I posted the picture of my glasses with the target optical case and the AX cloth bag Scott suggested to use as a cloth to clean my glasses. So unprofessional it's insane. Go elsewhere save your time and trouble.

Very quick and easy process. This was my first time ever having am eye exam. The optometrist was very knowledgeable and had a great bedside manner. Assistance with setting up the purchase of my frames was seamless.

Target optical got me in quickly!! They helped me to navigate my insurance and the clearly someone with good taste chose the frames that the store offers. My glasses came in sooner than expected...nice!!!
