The Mishawaka target is using strong arm tactics to bully small businesses. They have threatened to leave Mishawaka entirely rather than being willing to move one of their entrances to line up the the street intersection. Which is then forcing small businesses to use their land to make complicated roadways, destroying natural habitat and beautiful landscaping and potentially making it hazardous for clients and animals.

Mishawaka target has most everything I need and is a clean environment to shop in. Pricing on some items is cheaper than Martins.

Staff was busy (not friendly or welcoming, but not rude), lots of cool stuff, place was clean, but the prices were ridiculously high.

Asked about getting a cardboard display they were going to end up throwing away. Was told they don't give those away without asking any memeber of management. I recently picked up one from the Target in Goshen. I always get frustrated when they obviously don't want to be at work.

I made a $400 purchase for an item with in store pickup. When I got home I noticed the seal had already been cut open, the item was scratched, and cords loose in the box (clearly a return). After making a 2nd trip back out to the store customer service acted clueless and did not have the product I purchased new in stock.
How and why would one think it's ok to sell someone a USED product for full price that had clearly been opened instead of simply out-of-stocking the order? I did get a refund, however, after wasting over an hour of my time driving back I will not be shopping here again.
I also called the store SEVEN times (at different points throughout the day) but was never able to get through. They should probably just get rid of the phones entirely because I have struggled to contact this store in the past & can't remember the last time I got through.

I made an online purchase for in store pickup in which their site said specifically that the product was in stock and ready to be picked up. It wasn't until an hour later (after I had already made the trip to the store, more specifically an hour after the order was made) that I received an email stating the order was canceled. When I confronted customer service about this, they blew me off stating their was nothing they could do and they did not, in fact, have the product. While they did refund the purchase, my time and gas to get to the store was wasted. I attempted to call the store multiple times before making the trip, and of course no one answered with each attempt. I understand if the store is busy, but they have never answered the phone every time I have tried to contact them in the past. I will not be shopping here ever again and I will be spreading the word. Completely unacceptable.

Second time I’ve ordered for grocery pick up and either had the wrong item or no item at all … and they wanna charge you for delivery! Please do a check of all items before that person come to your car to either deliver the wrong thing or not have all that you paid for !!

I went to customer service to ask about a $200 prepaid visa bought at the Target on University Drive in Mishawaka. I was told that the card couldn’t be used at the store.
