Everwise has changed so much since I became a member 61 years ago and it’s not positive change. While we were once “members” they have thrown that out the window. Now you’re treated with disrespect and disdain. Their indifferent attitude makes for a bad experience. For example the assistant manager there who destroyed my credibility by scrolling through my phone when I brought up one page only for him to look at. He immediately reported false information to his superiors and got away with it. Won’t be long before I take my banking elsewhere

Giselle was so helpful because I needed a new debit card (expired) 10/25. She replaced the card and provided a list of subscriptions that was helpful in updating them with my new card information. I love having a branch 10 minutes from home.

I have been a client for over 40 years. A few weeks ago I had to call for a particular reason and was told that you started a new policy that if the funds have been sent early, the money would be released early. This cannot be true because I have friends that go to different banks and their paychecks are released early. My check is NEVER in there early.
I feel like if this were to happen with this bank that more people would stop getting debit cards from other places. Like Chime. Just a thought. Many people struggle trying to make ends meet. Thanks for listening.

My experience at the bank was great. Friendly, courteous and fast! I like coming in to do business and actually talking to an employee face to face. I guess I'm just old school:)

Iv never in my life been to a bank so insanely hard to deal with. That's if your even open and thats if I make it to the counter after standing in line for 45 min before leaving and don't mind the call in atms what an absolute useless thing
