“First time using Kyle’s and they did a great job. Rear brakes and an oil change. Not sure what they did but ever since they changed my oil in my 2012 VW Passat it stopped drinking oil. Usually I would half to add a quart a week and it’s been 3 weeks and I haven’t had to add any oil? Very close to my house and convenient to drop off and leave keys in the drop box. “I had another shop install a new transmission in my 1995 Rv. It lasted 3.5 years and 400 miles. Then it went out jut outside warranty. I took it to 2nd shift and Rafael had it back up and running in a week.
Now the rest of the story. Rafael could have just replaced the bad parts and sent it back, but he didn’t. He made sure that it was operating at peak pressures and that it was done right.
I recently took it on a 200 mile trip through hills and small towns and it has never shifted smoother and ran so quietly.
This was a huge blessing for our family and really appreciate Rafael for going the extra mile to repair a 30 year old RV.”

“My vehicle is a 2009 Grand Caravan. At 150K miles its ABS control module had an internal problem (Code C2200.). A new module from Dodge dealer costs $850. Plus another $165 to “program/flash/pair” with my own VIN. So I gambled on a used (scrap) module on Ebay. One dealer gave only 50% chance of success (still costing the $165.) Another dealer said reprogramming can’t be done on a USED module. False - they just wanted to sell me a new one! I turned to D.J. at North Side - who have a full array of scan tools. After some effort, they succeeded in pairing to my VIN, and charged me only $120. So it CAN be done! If you have a similar Caravan/Town & Country ABS problem, North Side is the place! “Clarks was my go to garage while I was in town and I took my vehicle up there for some repairs and I will say that I am very pleased with the service professionalism and cost of clarks service and repairs. I would definitely recommend them they found a rock stuck inside my firewall that was causing terrible noises upon acceleration. They removed the rock and didn't charge me a thing! Also fixed some brake hardware that was causing some issues and squealing for a very reasonable price. Clarks had me up to par in no time. Thanks clarks ????”
