Granger, Ind. Location. I asked for a tracker to be put on a 5 x 7 manila envelope that I mailed 15 days ago from Granger to Austin Texas. I had photos of the envelope. The postal worker (Myrna) Just shrugged her shoulders and said there’s nothing she can do. “That’s the chance you take with mailing letters. She said there’s no way we can track it and we just don’t do that.” She had no intention of even discussing it with me just blew it off. I guess you can’t trust the United States post office. Through rain and sleet and snow. Nothing will stop them to do their job except the actual job itself…..
I am so sad and disappointed that the cash I sent to my grandchildren will never get to them. But more disappointed in a Postal Service that doesn’t care that the job was not done. Seriously? $.78 for each stamp. Their wages keep going up, but their quality of work keeps going down. I’m very disappointed in Granger Indiana post office department.. I don’t care attitude was very, very disappointing and the lack of service even more so…. There’s just no reason to shrug your shoulders at a customer and say that “that’s the chance that you take”

Terrible customer service, short and rude communications on top of the clerks not wanting to help, especially with something as simple as a piece of tape. I will choose ANY other shipping service over usps, UPS on the other hand is EXCELLENT at how they treat people and actually help with customers needs.

I receive a Chicago newspaper once a week through the mail. Four out of the last six weeks I have not received my paper. I callEd about this and got an automated service. After explaining my problem. The service told me I did not have a valid problem. What' going on and where's my paper?

As someone who knows exactly how the clerks are supposed to do their job. Granger Post Office is a 100/100.If this was like the ACES test at Four Winds casino in New Buffalo,MI They would score 100% and each clerk would get a $1000 bonus.Granger PO always has the BEST service in the local Indiana area. Passport office has the clerks that you want to be dealing with. VERY excellent Customer Service at its finest. Those negative reviewers are probably just Karens who went in the Granger PO and were already to complain, because they had an attitude against the USPS. Possibly a set-up by Fed Ex employees.(Or they thought they were in Elkhart,IN and would have to deal with that supervisor who is known to yell at employees, also loud enough, she can be heard in the lobby, so I have been told by multiple people. She has been described as the female Jason who was described as the male Angie to employees during the xmas lunch-in a few years ago, by the Elkhart po's Afro American.supervisor. No racism here, just do not wanna say his name and get him in trouble. She has also has been accused of yelling at a customer. The customer told me that to my face.People who call the local Granger po direct at their local number can get through easily, as phone is answered in at least 5 minutes. When I called about passport info. The phone was answered with 2 minutes ( more like 1 minute)When my daughter called and made a passport appt., she said her call was answered, basically instantly, she told me ,This is the best post office in Indiana within 100 miles, inIndiana. Granger Po is an elite, small po, very busy but, always Par Excellent.I think their Elite very professional clerks are why everybody in the area goes the.re Even people who live in Elkhart and even the Goshen, IN area.Five minute drive that I am happy to make.Granger,IN po should be the standard model for every office in the country. USPS would get more positive reviews and most likely MORE REVENUE.
SATISFIED USPS GRANGER PO CUSTOMER.

Horrible customer service. Went for a passport for my daughter and me. I understandably couldn’t get my daughter’s since my wife wasn’t there. So that left 30 minutes to complete my 15 min appt. They refused to make photo copies of my documents for me saying they were booked up and there wasn’t time…to make photo copies. I get that I messed up by not bringing my own copies. I honestly thought they would do the copies there. Honest mistake that could have been easily addressed by decent customer service. Nope.

We have been coming to this office for over 5 years, with shipments going out regularly and we’ve never had any problems. We are always treated positively and with as much speed as possible. It’s great to have this office so close.

Worst post office ever.I experienced racism and encountered unprofessional behavior from certain employees. They seemed unfamiliar with the processes, exhibited a slow work pace, and imposed restrictions on numbers of the packages one could send. Notably, there was an African American woman who displayed racist tendencies, demonstrating a cold attitude towards people of color and behaving rudely.

These numb nuts think its ok to block my garage door with packages, forcing me to get out and slip and fall on the ice. How brain-dead must one be to work at this location!

Very sarcastic employees. No help at all. Close earlier than scheduled. Have caused me shipping delays twice in 3 weeks. I'm 2 miles away but I know drive three times as far to niles because they are helpful and friendly.

I’ve never had a problem at this location. Not once. If there is a line it moves fast. The employees are always nice.
