Visited a couple times recently as I considered updating my phone. Andrew was very patient and thorough looking through our plan and considering upgrade options and the transfer process. Luis was amiable and helped with accessory recommendations and installation.

This morning I went to pick up my iPhone 15 and a salesman named Luis helped me, he was very kind and took the time to explain the questions I asked him very well, the best thing is that he spoke Spanish and that helped me a lot since I didn't . Excellent service, 5 stars.

I wish I could leave a -5 star review.I recently visited this Verizon store and was very disappointed in the “customer service”.Came in on a Sunday (October 29) looking to upgrade my phone. After waiting for over 45 minutes, was waited on by Andrew. After making my choice (iPhone 14) was told that the phone was not in stock. No worries. Made an appointment for 3:00 Friday (November 3rd). Was told that since I had an appointment I would not have along wait. Arrived on Friday at 2:50 and proceeded to wait another 50 minutes before I was waited on. Was then told that since Andrew was not there that I could NOT pick up my new phone and would have to come back on Saturday. Seeing that I was leaving for a 2 week trip to California Saturday morning, that might be a problem. Not only did I not receive my new phone, I left work 3 hours early (32$ an hour x 3, you figure it out).In my profession, if I’m going to miss an appointment, the PROFESSIONAL thing to do is CALL THE CUSTOMER (you have my number) and reschedule.Needless to say I will be taking my business elsewhere.Thanks for nothing.

Luis is phenomenal to work with. We came in close to closing time, he stayed late, was extremely knowledgeable and patient with all of our questions. If you're looking for a a great Verizon rep to work with, this is the guy!!
