“Praise for Holly, Nick and the crew at Hutch’s. Visiting family in Greencastle over Christmas I drove my Honda CR-Z from California and knocked off a side panel on the way. The clips on the part were too damaged to reattach properly and there was not time to wait for a new part but I really did not want to drive home with part of my car missing. They made do nicely with the circumstance and found a fix that would work safely and securely until I could order a new part. The staff was super kind to me and my dog and got us back on the road. Clear to see from other work in progress that they do very nice body work and they were kind and knowledgable. Thank you Hutch’s!”

“The issue with my 24 Denali HD was not a major fault but was an annoyance. The technicians at stoops took the time to listen to me and understand what I had done to try and diagnose the problem I was experiencing with my campers lights and, the warnings I was getting on the infotainment screen.
Although the test device showed no trouble, the technician went the extra mile and found the problem.
I will definitely recommend my friends and family to go to Stoops.”

“Shipping us one thing which they have to control on. As for grading them please explain how that's possible when you just now get their product. Don't you think you should be asking this 3 to 6 months from now ? After all at this point it's all about the shipping which they had no hand in. Ask me later by then I'll know how they did if the part and service become a problem.”

“The 2 guys that I dealt with the 2x that I was there were very polite, friendly, respectful, patient, courteous. They explained things to about my vehicle and the things that were wrong with it and what steps I needed to take to fix it right. First time I was there was to get a front end alignment and they done it for me. The 2nd time I was there I thought I needed to have the front end alignment checked again but it was my tire that was bad and then the tire sensor was bad corroded, ready to fall off. But I'm very pleased about the service that I received from them. I would recommend them to others. Here is my tire that they replaced.”
“Had a couple tires mounted and balanced for my class A motor home. Slight problem feel tires weren't balanced right I'm sure they will make it right sometime this week.”
