I have been a loyal customer of Andy Mohr Chevrolet in Plainfield, I thought I was ready for a change went to stoops Buick here in Plainfield. All the vehicles were locked up. OK I was able to look at one vehicle 45 minutes. Because they were unable to locate the keys, complete waste of time was looking forward to moving to a GMC.

The issue with my 24 Denali HD was not a major fault but was an annoyance. The technicians at stoops took the time to listen to me and understand what I had done to try and diagnose the problem I was experiencing with my campers lights and, the warnings I was getting on the infotainment screen.
Although the test device showed no trouble, the technician went the extra mile and found the problem.
I will definitely recommend my friends and family to go to Stoops.

Worked with Aaron and his amazing team this morning on an oil change, new key fob program, and key cut! Was in a hurry and they were able to get me in and out in just under an hour with a car wash working together not sacrificing quality!! Thanks again you guys!! Will be returning for more services!!

Went for a scheduled oil change and tire rotation. Just as in the past they were friendly, courteous and professional. Waiting room was clean and pleasant. Can't really think of anything negative about them.
