Any time I've called I've been placed on hold a long time. Today I waited 10 minutes and gave up. That's poor customer service. When are they going to put a Walgreens in this town?

Been to drive thru 3 times this week to pick up pharmacy. I keep leaving because of how long it takes. At least 15 min per car, always 8 cars in line no matter when you go. How long does it take to get a bag, check in computer and hand bag. Hope whoever is working the drive thru makes less money than Mcdonalds workers because they could do much better and do. The manager needs to find a better way or quit.

If I could give negative 5 stars I would. I have never been to a more terrible, disorganized clusterFU$& in my life! They are terrible! One time I went to just get some vitamins and no one was there. I literally had to scream and yell to get someone to take my money so I could leave. Another time I was there for prescription and they lost it and the scripts if 3 people in front of me in line. Then when I call I ALWAYS wait on hold for at least 30 mins. This store is by far the WORST CVS I've ever had the displeasure of venturing into!

Absolutely horrible service! They are always losing my prescriptions only to tell me they didn't receive them. If two are sent at the same time how did you receive one and not the other? They constantly have to back order medications which causes issues with insurance. The pharm techs are rude and generally act as if they have better things to do than assist you. I bought Easter candy for my nieces and nephews and am a larger woman, the cashier actually said to me "hopefully that lasts until Easter " I was humiliated. I will never go back.
