If I go to the pharmacy to pick up a prescription from my doctor, who JUST prescribed the medication, it’s not up to the pharmacist if I should be taking that prescription or not. What medical degree do you have? To make me air out my business at the counter is unprofessional as hell. I’ve never had an issue here but my last two experiences make me not want to return.

It’s slow everytime I go there I end up waiting 30 plus minutes too get my prescription I had too leave too go into work I swear there just lazy at krogers pharmacy I need this medication but oh well they don’t care about people’s medical needs I can never get my medications when I need them do a better job at being a pharmacy can they not be any lazier I’ve waited almost 45 minutes again and still not have gotten the scripts

Love Kroger Pharmacy! Will not go anywhere else. The ladies are all so nice there and they know most of their regular customers which is nice! You don't get along of that anymore.

3 prescriptions called in at 830am this morning, text saying they are ready. I get here at 5:15pm and they tell me they aren't even filled yet! This is the 2nd time this has happened. The techs are rude, service sucks, they never answer their phones, and never have anything in stock!! I'll be transferring somewhere else!

Prescription called in by Dr on a Friday wasn't ready for pickup until Tuesday. Manager and some staff are very rude. You have to call about any called in or faxed prescriptions or they won't ger them ready for days.

I went in today to pick up a simple set of BD 27g needles which I had called in the day before and was told they would be ready by noon yesterday. When I went to pick them up, not only did they not even give me the right prescription first, but they had lost the actual prescription for a bit. They found it, and they were apologetic, but the fact that they had well over 24 hours to get it filled and they didn't do it until the moment I got there is ridiculous. I understand being busy, I don't understand not having something done way after it's supposed to be done

This place is amazing especially the pharmacy everyone in there is so on top of it. They always have my meds ready on time not only that the grocery store clerks are there to help every time you need them without a doubt they are very sweet people. I love that about living in the country. It’s such an amazing place. I’ll definitely be visiting the store on a regular basis as I already do.

These tech's and the pharmacist's are the most attentive and helping in the business. I came from another pharmacy due to them being out of my Med's at fill date. Thank you for not having them. I found a better pharmacy....

Literally the slowest Pharmacy on the planet. Prescriptions can be called in 6 hours in advance and then you wait on their long lines only to find out that they still don't have things ready. And then when you question how you are prescription could possibly not be ready by then, all of the pharmacy technicians have massive attitude problems. I would use any pharmacy in the future before I go here again.

Place is always crazy and extremely busy. I've noticed that in Greencastle that all place here are overloaded. This town I'd getting too big for it's britches.

I know times are tough and people are shortstaffed. So I decided to order a very simple chocolate cake with white frosting double tier with piping. I didn't ask for it to be decorated other than the piping I didn't ask for it to be on short notice I gave them two days. What I got was a quarter sheet cake. This is for my sister's birthday. Very disappointing.

Goodness gracious whatever you do do not get your scripts filled with Kroger greencastle's pharmacy. Janet the technician is beyond rude and unsympathetic. I was trying to get a script filled for ibuprofen after having my tonsils removed & she took it upon herself to assume what script needed filled and caused an entire scene saying that my script wasn't ready yet because she was looking at the wrong one. Talked down to my mother and when I called and asked to talk to the pharmacist she told her pharmacist that I was rude and had an attitude. If you don't want to work in customer service find a new job... there are plenty hiring! For Krogers promise of feeding the human spirit she is not a good example. Beyond disappointed & frustrated with the service I experienced.
