“I have been going to this post office for nineteen years. Friendly helpful staff who DO all speak English. When there is a high volume period a manager will "triage" the people in line so that a person with one simple transaction (picking up a package or buying stamps) will not clog the line or have to wait in line behind people with multiple transactions, which helps everyone. This is the best post office I have used in fifty years of living all over California. I am appalled that some people would leave one star comments after one bad experience, and blatantly dishonest and bigoted ones like "no one speaks English."”
