Everything was great and my interaction with your service crew was extremely pleasant and professional. The only reason for the 4/5 was on my oil sticker...the date for next oil change was updated & recorded but the mileage didn't get updated. I usually hit the mileage mark before the date marker. I will have them change that when I come back next week. Thanks!

My check engine light came on so I brought my truck in for service. My truck is still under warranty. I was told that something had apparently been chewing on the wiring. The service person said it would be almost six hundred to repair. I assumed he hadn’t looked to see that my truck was still under warranty. When I picked it up they said it would be 564 dollars. I asked how is that because it’s still under warranty. He said rodent damage is not covered. I said since when? When I bought my 2011 Camaro and a month later something chewed through the wires on it, that was covered. The technician at the time told me it was fairly common because GM used a peanut oil derivative to coat the wires when they ran them. This time the tech would only say that rodent damage isn’t covered. So GM creates the problem by using something that attracts animals but now won’t cover the fix? That is a bunch of bull! I am Livid!

I was charged for an oil change that didn't happen. The reason why I say that is my oil life was not reset and no sticker in the windshield. Less then impressed

They have dropped the ball on our van several times, now the van is at york Chrysler in Brazil where they are doing 100% every thing possible to make it right!! However Greencastle York will never see any business from us again! It was a waste of time and money to trust that shop to fix an issue.

If you are thinking about taking your car to York Collision in Greencastle Indiana, I would think twice I have had a simple bumper and Reese hitch replacement done on my 2018 Ford F-150 , and the shop got everything wrong! Bumper was crooked. My four pin light set up was not put back in place. They used aftermarket Reese hitch . And to top it all off , they have blocked me on their Facebook page to hide what they did to an unsuspecting victim. York Automotive in Greencastle Indiana is full of liars and crooks!
