“Crossfit on the River was the best way to start my fitness journey! I had no prior experience working out and was able to learn the basics through Fundamentals (Cheryl is the best!) while building my skills through the classes. Everyone is kind and inviting, no matter what class you attend. You can tell Jen loves what she does! She was responsive, encouraging, and made the experience that much better. I could not recommend CTOFR enough. I'm hoping I'll be able to return someday :)”

“Enough people use this gym that it stays pretty busy during the day and especially in the evening. The free weights and cable stations can get congested with activity, but there is always space (in my experience) on the treadmills and various equipment. If you want to go when the gym is less busy, I would check it out in the morning!”
“For the money it's a pretty decent gym. Equipment is generally in good repair and clean. Although for a place that's called a judgment-free zone, they sure do a lot of judging of people THEY consider bad, the so-called lunks. But it's cheap, so you get what you pay for.”
“Very comfortable gym with 24 hour access and fantastic customer service. My only recommendation would be to get more equipment, like incline/decline benches or a cable fly machine.”
“Very nice gym with all the equipment you need for a great workout including free weights. Staff is friendly, machines are clean, patrons keep to themselves, open 24hrs no excuse to NOT hit the gym.”
“Fun place to skate. Friendly locals. Bicycle cop cruised the area a few times in the 2 hours I was there and checked in on the younger little kids. All the transitions are insanely steep, tight, and whippy, even the banks feel like they are 90 degrees and just a little too tall for the space. Aggressive bowls, not many options for beginner or intermediate, they are all big and steep and whippy. The cradle with oververt is fun but its less than a 6 ft radius, again, super whippy. Pretty much zero useable flatground area. Decent shelter. Restrooms across the parking lot. Nearby pond that smells not very nice. Lots of parking. I had fun! I will visit again.”
